It looks like you used quite a thick thread, has it been cutting through well?
The placement could be a bit closer to the meatus, but it's probably going to work out really well!

After a week i see it cutting i believe but it still hasnt cut through all the way.
Also i would like to know where i tie my next one once this tie is done.

Yeah it takes a while to cut through fully. Day 10 was when mine cut through - although it didn't do it fully, and I had to snip the last bit with surgical scissors. So I suggest giving it another few days.
It takes a little while to fully heal before you can do the next tie - I haven't done my second one yet, but I plan to tie in the exact same way as the first - that is, close to the shaft, a few millimeters from where it attaches to the head, and pulling "up" so that it becomes flat underneath the glans.
Post a progress pic if you can!

I’ve put the third tie in the same spot just too cut through fully but it seems like when it cuts my whole frenulum will detach itself or is that just me thinking it will With a frenuplasty they get rid of most of the frenulum anyway so would it be much difference from getting rid of it as a whole , Thanks

Nice one mate. The tie is meant to fall out on its own, after it cuts through the fren. It usually takes a week or two to cut through. You can't take the ties out until it cuts through the fren.
If you want to take your ties out sooner, you will have to cut the fren (with scissors) to release the ties.
Anyone else have any other experiences to share?
the only thing is that it looks like if i cut the frenulumn part where the ties are the whole thing is gonna detatch itself and i dont want my frenulumn to be completely gone which is why im not sure on what to do
If i cut it and the frenulumn completely detached from the head would i be okay and will it just heal into the underside of my shaft ?

Oh it's opened up a gap, it's quite a bit longer than I would have expected from where you tied. If I were you, at this point I think I would snip it parallel to the underside of the glans, and remove the ties - let it heal and the reassess. Another option could be to remove the ties, and do one new tie right up close to the glans (the same place you would tie it).
Do you know how the hole got there, why it is so deep? You didn't tie it that deep, so you wouldn't expect a hole to open there.
Yeah I didn’t tie so deep up there so not sure why it’s making such a huge gap and idk how I’m supposed to take the ties out since they’re all tied so I’ll maybe figure that out and I’m in no pain so that’s fine
just not sure what to do.I’d say the tie cut from outside in because I’ve seen someone mention there’s doing the same.

If I just detached the frenulum from the head and let it heal into the shaft would that work and that would completely fix the retraction because it wouldn’t be connected but you would still keep some sensitivity since the frenulum is still there

Someone please reply with some input , There was a guy that tied hes frenulumn and i believe let it heal into the shaft and the job looks very well done but im not sure if i want to tie again since ive allready tied 3 times but if i cut the rest i dont want it to bleed alot , Thanks

Hi, there is usually a big vein in the frenulum, did you keep the vein in your tie? I did a tie in the past and the result is good but I did not keep the vein in the tie, I am thinking about doing another tie but now there is no way yo keep the vein out of the tie, now I have to tie the vein too. I am not sure if it is safe to tie the vein, so it would be great if you could tell me about your vein. And why did you tie so many knots at once in one place?
I tied an extra 2 in the same hole i originally pierced so it could cut through faster as the knots get loose but basically my whole frenulumn is gonna come off in this tie. I wouldnt tie a knot around a blue vein but the small red ones i believe are okay
