Frenulum Tying!

I've cut at lines 1 and 3, just took knots off, but think I made a mistake.
Glans does not bend anymore but still cannot fully retract foreskin. It is much better but not as I would like it.
I think I should have done line 1 only and then use leftover frenulum to extend it further by cutting.

Sorry, it has taken a while to get around to posting the photos, but here they are. The first showing my foreskin as it is when covering the glans (tying has not altered this):

Now one showing that I have gained 25mm of freedom with the foreskin rolled back and relaxed (this also shows a little nub of frenulum that I will probably remove altogether with a further tie):

My first tie was about two years ago; the second shortly after that. No regrets so far, but it's your own decision whether you do it or not.

Follow up.
Since last cut was definitelly too big (over 10mm) wound was producing clear liquid for days and I was afraid it would not heal properly. Finally I started covering it with Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and it healed. Scar is still visible but I think it will be Ok aesthetically. I am using Dermatix Ultra on scar to reduce it as I have good experience with it.

Fortunatelly still a bit frenulum left so I just did another small tie to get a bit more length as I still cannot roll over foreskin completelly behind glans, still have some wrinkling which I don't like.

I think cutting should not be done more than 5-6mm at a time, to get best results.

so after going through and finding as much info as I could, I decided to go the tying route. The needle got me nervous, but it didn't hurt. I used fishing line and a square knot to cinch it tight, followed by a surgeon's knot. I knew the knots from boyscouts but they are easily learned on line. Practice the knots BEFORE you stick a needle in your dick.

I sterilized the needle and my hands in isopropyl alcohol. My dick bled very little. I used hot water to clean it, and then rubbed in some bacitracin zinc ointment to prevent infection.

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone can give me a recommendation on where to place my first tie? As you can see in the pics, I have an extremely short frenulum and also suffer from phimosis (I am doing stretching exercises to try and fix this). I am not sure where my glans end and where my frenulum starts. When I pull my foreskin back as much as I could or pull it forward, it looks like my frenulum is pulling a big chunk of my glans with it. I want to tie as close to my glans as possible but not sure where that point should be

Definitelly loks like a tough one (very wide frenulum at the top + phimosis). I did 4 cuts, last one just to clear a bit of leftover skin which would probably smooth out in couple of months. I think this one would take few more cuts and would take some time. Not sure how to go about it. Maybe cut on both sides from middle to narrow it and then go down shaft? You have to make decision.

As far as phimosis goes I had very mild and was using Phimocure rings and they helped but can be fidly to keep in place. Need to stretch a bit more but started cutting so frenulum does not get in the way.

So here is my experience with this thing. I didn't have a needle, a fishing line or any cream or anything. I read almost every post here and was scared so I wanted for a day or so and when I got extremely horny, I manned up, took the SIM ejector pin, washed it with dettol liquid soap properly and was ready to make a hole in my frenulum. Then I turned on flash of my phone and looked through frenulum, it was all red except one place where ot was a bit yellowish, means there was little to no blood there so I took a few minutes to decide the position and just went for it slowly. I took caffeine tablet an hour ago so maybe it helped with pain a bit. I endured the little pain I felt. My heart was beating fast and as soon as the SIM ejector pin passed through, I felt a bit over relaxed and congratulated myself?. Sim ejector pin was dull and big so instead of a precise hole a needle makes, my hole was a bit like circular ripped. Nothing unique, it was just a bit bigger hole. Almost no bleeding. Maybe 1-2 drops. No pain. I left it like that for 1 day. It was a bit healed maybe but the hole was big enough for a needle to pass easily so then I tied, felt irritated so removed the thread. Used a common cotton polyester thread btw. Gave it 1 more day and tied again. This time it went all good. 5 days and thread cut through properly and fell. 3 more days to heal and the results were amazing. much better than before.

Now after 2 weeks of wait for it to fully heal which means it should not pain if stretched, I now made another hole. A bit deeper now. Last one was good but was not deep enough to free the head completely. You can probably see the second hole in the pic below. Hole healed much faster and bled a little bit more so I had to make the hole again at same place after 3 days. Doing it next day was too much pain. Now the hole is smaller but good enough. I inserted and tied the thread last night and now its all good. The only difference is that its paining a but today and cutting through the remaining frenulum feels slower this time. Anyways, I'll update my progress later.
Btw my dick is 8+ inch and girth is also very good. And when fully erect, size of its head gets big enough to hurt my frenulum so that's why I went through this operation in the first place. Any compliments of my dick will be very appreciated. And I am not the bragging type but can't resist now that I took all this trouble.

Update : A day went by and now there is no pain. The hole seems to be double its size now and seems to be cutting at fast speed again. Thread is a bit loose now so I'll tie another fresh knot in this hole and cut the old tie to keep the cutting fast. The inside edges of the hole are already healing. I'll post the final update in 2-3 days with pics. Or if a complication arrives, I'll post that too.

Update 2 : 6-8 hours after my last update, I went to pee, retracted my foreskin just a bit and damn it was stinging bad. Nothing really serious though. Dipped my dick in cold water, then in warm water for 2 minutes each. Used a fresh tissue paper and pressed it a bit on frenulum to dry it a bit. One hour later, was ready to remove old and tie new knot and saw that the frenulum is ALMOST cut.!!! Miracle.! I knew my body always healed much faster but never knew this fast. And maybe my body rejected the thread just like a piercing?! Idk I am weird. Inside corners of the initial hole healed in few hours so hole remained open for some time. Now its cutting fast and healing fast at the same time.
Suggestion : Thinner thread + tighter knot = cuts faster. Just make sure your healing capability is good.

Suggestion 2 : Tie the knot when flaccid. Will cut faster compared to the knot tied when erect.

Tied the last knot a few minutes ago. Pics below. Best it would take is 3-5 hours more and then a day of full healing. Ah..! My dick head will be free from its shackles?

It was same with me. Just wash your penis properly before doing the procedure. Sterilize all the things you are gonna use.
Use flash of your phone to see the area where you'll put the first hole. Its same as watching your finger red when you use flash on the other side. That red part is blood in your body.
Now for procedure :-
Check your frenulum with flash. Avoid the heavy red part. Orangish red is fine. A bit whitish yellow or similar is the place.! You may have to stretch it a bit to find the place.
Avoid veins and all that. Keep the part streched as much as you can (very necessary, lose frenulum will tear instead of a clean hole).
Take the needle, insert from down to up. Take your time adjusting needle before you insert it. Then just go for it. Don't force the needle fast. Endure the pain and just lie down for a few seconds if you feel dizzy. Once needle passes through, cut the thread from the needle and wait for a couple of minutes before tying it because there will be blood (70% sure). Use cotton or clean tissue paper and wipe it, press on it, and keep wiping as long as blood comes.
Use your saliva (please tell me you brush properly) on the hole and then wipe again with cotton. Saliva increases the healing speed a lot (happens with me everytime for sure, can't say about others). Once blood stops, tie the knot as tight as possible (depends on your pain endurance). Cut the leftover thread and that's it. You completed most of the procedure. Now thread will do its work. Try not to get erections for 1 day. If it stings bad, remove the thread (use needle to separate thread from skin and cut with blade CAREFULLY).
Worst case scenario : you'll have to wait for 2-3 hours before tying again.
Best case scenario : if kept clean, it'll all work as intended. Will take 5-10 days depending on how deep you inserted the needle. Don't get demotivated and remove the thread without any pain in 1-2 days. It'll cut for sure (unless the thread is loose).
