Frenulum Tying!

hello i have a bit of a problem, when i retract my foreskin fully my glans tilts, this gives me invonlontary kegel = prem ejac.

I would really like to do frenulum tying and ive read the most pages in this thread. Im not 100% sure where to put the needle.

I have 2 questions.

1: I cant put the thread so i have a vein in the knot right?

2: what will happen to the skin that doesnt get done? will i have a skin fleak hanging down from my glans looking all weird? how can i remove it if so

Hey dude, done 3 ties now, each better than the last. Use a torch or phone light and put the needle through the bit of frenulum that has no veins flowing through it. This is he best way to locate some spots to push the needle through. Also for ur first tie, don't goo too deep incase u want to remove it later on. If only recommend 0.5-1 cm for ur first tie. Once the tie comes through, the skin will heal back into the shaft and won't be hanging off. Couldn't recommend tying more, it's really loosened me up. Goodluck

So 0.5-1cm when the skin is stretched out?

And the skin "fleak" that gets left on the glans side Will heal and look good?
 
ok so did it, i hope this goes well since im not sure id like to do it again lol, it did not feel good.

Im not sure if i came too Close to the glans, i got abit red at the back of my glans im not sure...

will i die now lol

You can always upload a picture of what you have right now so others can determine.

Yes i will try to, i am abit red where the hole is, where the string goes through.

It has been almost 48 hours.

I had like no pain when i did it, after 8 hours i felt a veeery LITTLE bit of pain, now 48 hours after
i can feel pain if i touch the knot or pull it.

is this normal?

I think it´s normal that it hurts if you touch it, not sure though..

Anyways, if you need to re-do it, just put your dick in ice cold water and then remove the tie and make a new one.. :D
 
Sorry for asking so many questions.

Its the 4th day and ive started getting little pain now and i saw it was a little bit of blod at the tie after i had a morningwood This morning.

If you can, wait 2-3 more days and then remove the tie in case it might be loose and make a new tighter one.

Does it hurt though only when you are touch it?


Im no expert though, so many someone else can help you.

Not sure, but I dont think you need to tie them. I think someone else said earlier that they slowly retract or something..

You should post pictures of how it looks now, and if you had some before´s also..

This makes sense and if you do have 2 little strands just tie them up like you would a wart until it eventually falls off.
 
I've done some research.

The best solution for needle/thread seems to be a suture kit (something like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surgical_suture#/media/File:Atraumatisches_Nahtmaterial_17.JPG), using a 3/0 nylon fiber. It's not very cheap but it's easy to use and sterile.

I also tried to pierce my frenulum with a normal needle, but it's painful (i didn't use much pressure because it was only a test). If i use the "professional" needle included in the suture, it will be less painful? Or it's necessary an anesthetic in both cases? An ice cube will be ok? If I use lidocaine cream, what concentration is better? There are many creams, with concentration from 1% to 5%.

I also have some doubts about the knot, i googled "surgeon's knot" but it seems a little difficult, there will be problems if i use a normal node? I also have some doubts about how much force use to tighten the node.

Please respond if you have some ideas.
