Hey guys, i wanted to ask your opinion on this topic of tying of the vein in the frenulum. Because i need to tie one more time but it had do involve the vein. In my mind if ur circ the vein gets cut and if ur frenulum rips on its own it gets cut too so it wouldnt be to bad.

But before i do it i wanted to know your guys opinion on it.

Thanks!

In an attempt to induce a larger glans, I used to wear a gel type small cock ring just below the glans.

Over time, this irritated the frenulum and caused a tear and minor bleeding.

Through continued PE and pumping, this tear eventually completely separated the frenulum.

This week, my urologist will be performing a little nip and stitch t remove the nubs remaining at the tip just below the urethra,

When I retract my foreskin, I can see the disconnect point further down the foreskin.

This point aligns perfectly with the nubs when I roll my foreskin forward.

Long live PE.

Hey unknownuser123! Attachments usually are a problem in this forum. There are a number of posts on how to add photos...just look back a few pages. The best aftercare is sea salt soaks. Google "sea salt soaks for piercings" to learn more. Use real sea salt as it is different than regular table salt. Obviously keep it clean and use a "creme" antibiotic rather than an ointment which is petroleum based and seals out air which is essential for healing. Try not to irritate the tie by moving it around too much. Patience is the key, let the tie do its work and don't rush it. Try to re post some pics so we can see where you are at in your tying.

I bought an antiseptic cream from the market which I am apllying every 3-4 hours. Sea salt soak is kinda difficult for me because I am not having that privacy but still I'll try.
As of the photos I have attached it please tell If you can see it. View attachment 31746

I'm by no means an expert, but it looks good to me. Just make sure it's tight enough, because it loosens up over time. And loose tie does nothing for you, except irritating the area.
As for antisepctic, I used spray. Much more comfortable and quicker to apply.

like ghostrider said - looks good. It looks like it may be a little loose...when you tighten the thread you can pull on it as hard as you can. If you can't tighten your original tie, put another tie in the same hole and pull that sucker tight! Use a surgeons knot to keep it from loosening. Kinda hard to tell from your photo, but it looks like you could do another tie a little deeper next time. There will be some pain and irritation, that is normal. Looks like you are going in the right direction. Keep us posted.

It may be look little loose since I knoted 3 ties that is why today I tightened it with some strength now it looks good also for antiseptic I use cipldadin cream.

If taken care of properly (keeping it clean, sea salt soaks, antibiotic cream, don't irritate) almost zero.

Great forum, thanks everyone. I am going to try this too, but want to make sure I pick the right tie points and looking for advice. I am planning three ties as shown in the pic, in this order:
  1. Purple <--> Red
  2. Red <--> Blue
  3. Blue <--> Green.
Going to use 0.5mm stretch magic with a surgeons knot.
Couple questions:
  • Are my points too close to the meatus?
  • Could I do this in two ties and start between red and blue?
  • How long should I wait between tyings?

funlvn4u2 - I would recommend staying away from the meatus a little ways...this will smooth down into the meatus after tying. Tying too close to the meatus makes me nervous as I would not want a large open wound there. Your frenulum looks very straight forward and you will be amazed after you tie! Perhaps brahmanions two tie technique would work for you. (check out his posts for details) One hole, two ties that removes a small wedge of your frenulum in one tying.

I think I'll be doing another tie soon. The scar is still there, but it got softer, and seems it won't dissappear in any near future.
Should I post some more pics for you to see and maybe give me some advice on where to tie?
Cause now I don't have an outside frenulum, and I'll have to go a little deeper into the shaft with a needle.

Hi, tj2 wrote you a good advice. But I would make a piercing when you have a blue dot, wait for healing and make double tie technique then. and then after all is healed you can tie again to adjust.

Ok. So here we go. As you can see, I'm not good at all at taking pictures, but I did my best. Hope you guys can see something in these photos.

So, any advice? I was thinking about tying where the green line is in the last picture, or maybe where the red line is. What do you think?

Hey, your pictures are not showing up. I think that someone said that uploading pics as attachments was broken..
