Here is a picture of the final result of my tying and the bottom of my scar is where the vein looks like its ready to explode, hard to tell in the picture though.
Also, think its worth it to do another tie? As I still have a slight tilt in my head when fully retracted

Edit: Im not sure on how to post a photo, only gives me the option for a video lol

Hi, you have to upload your photo here for example: Postimage.org - free image hosting / image upload and get the link to post on forum. After you put this link or image option.

Your vein situation doesn't look too bad, just give it some time to sort itself out and it should be fine.
It's difficult to tell from your photo how much you can gain from another tie...give it some time and post
another photo when its healed.
I re-sized your photo so it is easier to see. I place photos directly into the text block instead of using links,
whatever works for you is the way to do it.

So I thought that for anybody who might be considering tying frenulum, now or in the future, I'll write what changes I noticed so far.

The pulling sensation on and around the glans is gone. Both flaccid and erect I feel more freedom now. Like I was wearing tight briefs and now took them off for the first time in my life rofl

There's a new area avalible to feel during sex/masturbation, that wasn't avalible before. No sensation was lost beacause of frenulum removal.

I have more control over when I orgasm. So I can last longer and don't feel forced to orgasm by my penis, now I'm in control.

I think I gained some BPEL, but I'm not sure yet. I'll have to take more presice mesurements and let you guys know.

I didn't lost ejaculation pressure, I was afriad I might, but I didn't.

For the first few days after ties cut through, I had to work harder to urinate (like I lost some pressure there), but now it's normal, so it was only temporary it seems.
Funny thing, now my angle of pissing changed. I think it's cause of glans not being bent down and I can piss futher. Another thing in bathroom is that the stream is more straight. I don't piss around the toilet anymore.

And lats but not least is the new look. Just so much better. Plus I got super horny lately. I don't know if it's the new look of my dick, or the fact that now erection doesn't have that discomfort. So I'm way too horny. Can't wait to test my new and improved dick on some lucky lady BTW.

So I hope it'll help everybody who considers tying their frenulum. I've been helped a lot here in this tying journey, so I hope I can help somebody too.:)

A great summation of your tying experience!!!! You answered most of the major questions people ask when they are considering tying. Thank you for sharing your story with the rest of us and I am sure your posts will help many people as they start their journey in tying.

Thanks for your comment. I hoped it will be helpful. I feel like I owned it to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], after I got help here. Karma comes back, as they say.

Ok. So I still have a problem after my tying. Basically, there is a inch long scar where the frenulum used to be. And this scar is tight, and a little tender and sensitive to touch. I'm using special gel that is supposed to make it disappear, but it doesn't do much.
But there's more. Along the scar it something like a tight string. It's under the skin and it's two inches long (1 inch of scar + 1 inch under the scar). It goes down the shaft. I'm adding the photos to clear that up. And my question is: what should I do? Tie the scar? Wait and see if it disappears by itself? Or something else?
And one more thing: you can't see it on the photos, but where is this tight string now it used to be a stretch mark under frenulum that formed after my first frenulum problems, back in January 2014.

Patience! You removed some flesh...of course it will be tight, tender, and sensitive. The scar will diminish with time and become softer. Gentle massage and gentle stretching could help. After this heals more, you could probably use one more tie right where your glans meets your shaft. If this is the "string" you are talking about, a small tie should take care of it. This "string" by the way is your frenulum...it runs from the tip of your foreskin/penis down to your scrotum. Otherwise I think everything looks good!

The scar will go away and become more softer and change to normal colour in 1-1.5 months. You will see. You can use contractubex on fresh scars as it works well. Also you can address yourself to laser center and remove scar tissue easily. There is always not harmful cosmetic solution if it will continue to disturb you and create discomfort.

Thanks guys. I think I still could use one more tie. How long do you think I'll have to wait before I tie again? And how long until I can start back with PE exercises?

if its healed you can tie now. You can start PE now but you will see that the scar become deep blue and more firm. Try it to understand. Additional blood pressure and massage of this area will eliminate scars faster.

Do you guys think I should wait with tying until scar disappears? Will tying through the scar cause any problems, like more scarring later that will be difficult to get rif of? I think it's better to be safe than sorry and wait with tying some more. Am I right?

hi, I tied myself on existing scars. Maybe tj2 can advise you more. I also can post recent photos of how my fren looks like.

If you could post your photos, that'd be awesome.

It is always better to wait...having said that I have also tied over open wounds from a previous tie and scars. Its all about what you are willing to gamble. It amazes me how much scars and skin change and recover over time. So, if you wait you can better see what the final results will look like. I was never worried about the aesthetics of tying, just the release of foreskin travel. You seem to have healed fairly well, the tie you want to do is not a major one, tying seems to work for you, so go for it. But then give it a rest and see how it feels. I would be careful with scar creams around open wounds as they are probably irritants.

Thanks. I thought that'd be better to wait. I'm in no hurry at all right now, super busy with responsibilities, so I even prefer to wait. Plus I don't want to screw up the prettyness of my dick. I'm concened with how it looks a lot. And yes, how it can heal is amazing. I remember how deep, ugly and kinda scary wound after tying looked. And now it's just a small scar that dissappears quickly.

Ok, so it has been just over a month since I put my last tie in, everything has healed very nicely with only the lightest barely visible scar for the most part.

My second tie, like my first was also a double, I got very impatient with it and cut it prematurely, which turned out to be fairly painful; I regret not leaving it for another 1-2 days. DON'T RUSH YOUR TIES!.

I'm pretty happy with how things look, there's still some attachment to the glans, which I believe is how it would be in a normal penis, I would have liked just a little more frenulum length, but at this stage I don't think I will put another tie in, at least not until I have had sex and tested things out - don't really know when that will happen, still a virgin at 26 :(.

As far as retraction goes, everything is working awesomely.
Before any ties:
  • Could retract foreskin about 2/3 down glans when erect, after that, the last 1/3 had some resistance, which I put down to minor phimosis. What was happening is the foreskin wasn't rolling back, but was instead sliding the last 1/3 and then catching behind the coronal ridge. to be able to return the foreskin, I had to force against the frenulum (often while bending the tip of the glans down with a finger) until the foreskin completed unrolling
  • Urine stream almost always sprayed and double streamed (foreskin forward)

After ties:
  • Foreskin retracts completely 99% of the time (1% it just needs a little moisture, water works fine), it rolls back on itself as it's supposed to and glides smoothly behind the corona. From here I can push it forward again with no issue (again following the 99% rule). Alternatively I can continue to retract most of the way down the shaft before the frenulum goes taught and starts tipping my glans.
  • Urine stream still a bit of a problem with foreskin forward
  • Urine stream single and solid 90% of the time with foreskin retracted behind coronal ridge
  • Amazing sensation in delta and frenulum region when stimulated, never noticed this before
  • Very occasional twinge from frenulum (maybe a couple of times a week, lasts only a second or 2 and goes away) may still be healing, but not a major issue as long as it doesn't worsen (as is, could be delt with for life, it's very minor)

I will post some pictures in this order: 2nd tie, after tie 2 and before after comparison.

I will probably check this thread a few times over the next week before I forget about it (the forum emails don't seem to work at all).

Just want to say thank you to everyone for posting their experiences, I have read every single post in this thread and it has all been useful. In particular, I want to thank @Brahmanion, your advice has been spot on.

awesome results!!! Great explanation and photos. Thank you for sharing your experience, I am sure it will help many people who are thinking about tying.
