send pic of this area to understand. All dead tissue will go out anyway.

I don't have a camera. I have only shitty cellphone camera and you won't see nothing probably.

And one more question: if I do another tie, should I use thinner thread? One I used is 0.6mm, so maybe it's good enough to cut off the circulation, but too thick to cut through?

I suggest you to buy this: Assut Sutures - Silk
I tried this silk one and it is the best to hold the tie. Produced in Switzerland.

I would buy it, but I want to tie ASAP. So I will just use what I have. Cause the knot I have on is definitely too loose.

Sorry for so much questions, but I'm kinda nervous to do it again.
But after I tie a new, tighter knot, should I remove the old loose tie or just leave it there?
And there is a small wound below the tie now. I don't know why, but I think that the pressing and rubbing of the tie (that's too loose) caused it.
And shit, I'll tie new knot in an hour, if I 'll have the nerve to do it again.

you can remove the old knot or leave it if you feel comfortable with a lot of knots and ties :) Dont worry about wounds. When the tie cut through just apply bepanthen and keep your foreskin close for fast healing.

Thanks for your great advice. I just tied second knot. That sounds wierd, but I'm getting good at putting needles through my dick :P
Looks better than first knot. Tighter and more equal on the sides and cleaner.
I went in the entry that was there, but had to make another exit hole. Went a little more to the left, so some more fren will be cut than I originally planned. And the numbing wasn't complete, cause inside the hole I could feel pain from the needle. Guess didn't get cream for enoogh in the hole.
And it was kind of harder to pierce a skin this time. Like it was tougher. Or maybe I just wasn't using as much strength, cause I wasn't fully numb.
And I got it as tight as I could, like I was trying to cut throug right there.
As for the first tie, I had problem removing it, so I just cut most of it down. Maybe it will get undone on its own, and if doesn't at leat I know which tie is which.

Yes, agree it is not easy to stand this pain when frenulum is not fully numb. Also when you use a lot of cream with knots already tied then cream can make these knots sort and knots can slip out from their positions. You have to have very precise surgical scissors to remove old knots without damaging skin. I suggest to use this type of tie for future reference, holds very well with silk thread: [video]https://youtu.be/jCx192DPdz0[/video]

I used that knot, only I did two or three knot where it went through the hole two times and one where it went one time.

BANG! My tie(s) cut through tonight! I was soaking it, I pulled the foreskin back a little, and felt some pain. Looked and it was cut.
The problem was a little piece of skin was left and both ties was stuck on it and didn't want to let go. It took good 30 minutes of work with nail clipper and a twizzer to make them come off. I could probably just cut that little piece of skin off, but I didn't want to apply numbing cream on open wound and doing it raw, without numb would be too much for me.

Now I'm just applying bactirin and waiting for it to heal. And it looks so awesome. I see parts of my dick I didn't knew I had. It's like I have a new dick!

Thanks to everybody who has been with me on this journey and helped me, especially BigBeardBig and Brahmanion! And everybody else who contributed to this thread.

Do you guys used anything to make scars smoother? It's bactirin good for it, or should I use something else?
And should I keep soaking it in salt water?

I dont think that soaking is necessary at this stage. Do you have open wounds? You can use this anti scar gel for fresh scar tissue: Contractubex® - Contractubex
The best now is Fermenkol: ????????? ???? 30 ? | ?????????
But I dont think you can buy it outside of Russian Federation. Some good technologies are kept there... Collagenolytic protease preparations from invertebrates: biochemical aspects of medical and... - Abstract - Europe PMC

I had open wounds, but not anymore. I just see some scar forming, or maybe it's just leftover from my frenulum absorbing into the shaft. I just wanted to make sure I do what I can to make it as perfect as possible.

BTW you seem to know a lot.

Hey everyone! First time poster here, I want to say thank you to everyone that posted their experience, it really helped!
I read through MANY pages of this thread to really figure out how to do this 'procedure' properly, let me tell you it was well worth it! Good to see a live thread to help out other men with the same frenulum issues.
Now my issues..lol..I have completed my tie successfuly, and a second tie a few days later. I have an issue regarding my second tie. I may have tied the vein with my frenulum and when I removed the tie, my vein almost and still does look like it's ready to explode (it has created a small red bubble about half way down the bottom part of my shaft) and it has not gone away. Its been 2 weeks now and its still there, very tender and slight pain.
I also use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] pump while in the shower and when I do it re-opens a wound where I had my second tie. Is there a way to cut off circulation to the vein completely? Or do I need to deal with it? And is there a waiting period until I can use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] again?
Also, when I retract my forskin fully my head still slightly pulls forward even with the frenulum detached, with tension and slight pain. Is there a way to fix this aswell?
Hope to hear from you guys!

P.s. I can post pictures so you can see what I'm dealing with here. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to, I will wait for someone to verify this for me.

thank you, I had a lot of research and experience. So, can share as much as I can. You can consider to do something only at your own risk.

First congratulations on tying!
Veins can be tricky as they definitely need time to heal and reroute. I would recommend not putting any pressure on a vein that is irritated or swollen. So no [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] or anything that puts pressure on that area. In my previous posts I keep saying PATIENCE and I will say it again...PATIENCE. Tying is really mini surgery and we need to treat it as such. Leave it alone for a couple of weeks and see how it looks.
You may need additional ties if your head still tilts forward when your foreskin is pulled back. Also, due to the structure of an individuals penis/frenulum/shaft the results will vary. The pain you feel is a good indication that you have not healed completely and need to let everything rest and reassess when you are properly healed. I cannot over stress the importance of letting everything heal until you have no pain.
Please post as many photos as you want! Photos help all of us. Members here can give you better advice, first time tiers get a better idea of what to do, and those of us who have tied multiple times are always interested in some new idea that may work better.
Thank you for sharing with this forum.

Thanks for the reply! I will stop using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for a while but here is a picture of the bubble.
Note: the bubble has reduced in size significantly so mabey I'm just being paranoid. But its better safe than sorry lol.

I had a post up, but now its gone. Someone help please

Sometimes the server has a hiccup, the mother ship passes over, and sometimes stuff just happens.
Re-post and it will probably work fine.

Here is a picture of the final result of my tying and the bottom of my scar is where the vein looks like its ready to explode, hard to tell in the picture though.
Also, think its worth it to do another tie? As I still have a slight tilt in my head when fully retracted

Edit: Im not sure on how to post a photo, only gives me the option for a video lol
