sorry for the message clutter...trying to post instructions so everyone can post photos easily.
I have posted a large number of photos in the past without any issue. This is how I placed images into my message in the past.
I used the "insert image" button as shown in the image below and it always worked. I don't think the "attachments" button has ever worked. Lets see if this works.
tips - it will insert the image where your mouse cursor (blinking line) is located in your message and obviously you can do multiple image insertions.
Hope this is helpful

Tying a piercing…
This picks up from post #596 on 7/12/2015. After 4 ties, some scalpel work, piercings, stretching piercings and tying piercings…I think I am done with my frenulum for now. I am still stretching and have some future piercings planned but, have no need to tie to create further looseness in my frenulum. Although I won’t be posting anymore “tying” photos (unless someone is interested in some detail) I will still reply to questions or just post my opinion.
Anyone who has followed my journey through this forum knows that I definitely went sideways on conventional tying. My techniques were unusual at times, but always with the goal to gain looseness in my frenulum to allow my foreskin to have more distance to move. It has been scary, interesting, fun, educational and a great experience that I highly recommend to anyone wishing to relieve a tight frenulum or just wants to play with needles!
Pic #1 – two piercings, bottom one was my first one and the top is a frenulum piercing with a glans ring jewelry (loved this one).
Pic #2 – bottom jewelry out, you can see the fistula (inside part) is not completely healed.
Pic #3 – tie in, pulled extremely tight
Pic #4 – tie cut through the first day because I impatiently messed with it. Quite a bit of scar tissue and bumps from hurrying the piercing process.
Pic #5 – a month later the lower tie has healed and much of the scar tissue has smoothed out and laid down. 4 gauge glans ring is next!
Pic #6 – jewelry out showing a well healed fistula. It was a photo like this that first got me thinking about using piercings to “tie” my frenulum.
Pic #7 – I put in 2 ties, one on each side of the thin skin holding the piercing in. I left the jewelry in while the ties cut through and this kept the frenulum separate and open.
Pic #8 – ties cut through 3 days later. The red circles show the wounds (which are minimal compared to what a straight tie of this depth would have been) from the ties. The yellow circle shows the inside of fistula and how well healed it is. This is the day the ties cut through and the fistula opened perfectly healed. The distance gained (the amount between the red circles) was the amount of slack I gained in foreskin travel…no more turtle neck! I was extremely pleased with the result.
Pic #9 – a month later and everything is nicely healed. My wife is so happy! Oh, the blue spots? I have an idea for a piercing….:)

its odd that the images you posted on 11/3/2015 just showed up! I took the liberty (hope that's okay) of re-sizing and cropping your images to sort out which is which. I think I have them in the correct order based on image detail info. If this is correct then I would put at least one more tie (pic 3) as indicated by the red arrows. I tied and used different techniques (see post # 629) to get rid of as much tension as possible. It definitely makes a difference in the head pointing more up and just an overall better feeling. One of my goals was to get my frenulum away from my glans as much as possible. Hope this helps. And let me know if I have them in the right order.

thx, yes, its the right order.
pic 1 was before the tie, the rest is from now.
what about the excessive Skin just below the ty, i dont like, do you have this too?
does your foreskin cover the glans when flaccid?
mine is very long, i consider shortening...

If the excessive skin happened after you tied, it should flatten out. Stretching your foreskin on that side should help smooth it out also. It looked fairly smooth when you had your foreskin pulled back. I don't have that... probably from stretching my foreskin and tying, cutting, and piercing smoothed everything out
How long is your foreskin? Now I'm curious. Does it cause you difficulties or is it the aesthetics that bothers you?
Yes, my foreskin covers my glans when flaccid. I like it longer and my wife considers it her personal play toy:). The photos are foreskin retracted, foreskin normal position, and a little tug on my foreskin before a piercing.
Tying, cutting, and piercing gave my foreskin a lot of travel distance both forward and back...I love the feel of it.

If you wait until your piercing heals on the inside you will gain a lot more when you actually tie. I used piercing as a way to get better results with tying. See my post #629 and specifically photos #7, #8, and #9. By stretching the opening with bigger jewelry sizes over a period of a couple of months, the results were great when I actually tied. Your placement looks good, maybe another one further down just under the glans after your first tie is done if you want more looseness.

Thanks for your comment. I have removed this piercing yesterday because it was a bit painful. The irritation started to build little by little. maybe I need to change it to gold or silver one. I used stainless steel. Now I have there small 1.5mm hole which can heal very quickly I assume. I wanted to make a hole a bit up because my frenulum is attached closely to meatus of a penis. If I tie starting from the point I made a first hole then the part of cut frenulum skin close to meatus will be popping up all the time which not good looking aesthetically. I have a plan to cut frenulum little by little. Also in each 2mm upper part of frenulum I have small veins which go to glans. I want to tie the first one - closer to meatus, the second one will be tied by using second hole. I dont think that if I do everything correctly I have a risk that my meatus can shorten because no direct cut by scalpel or surgical damage of skin closed to meatus area. Please advice.

Wow, you have a meaty frenulum! This is just my opinion, you make the final judgement based on veins, structure, etc. Hopefully other members will post some advice for you also. You should tie soon before the hole heals shut. You can keep it open by putting the ring back in every day or so for a short time.
I would not go any higher on your glans, once you make the first tie everything above that will smooth in to your glans and become part of the shaft.
I would make the 1st tie (yellow line) from the hole towards the glans, almost parallel, so you don't leave a large flap of skin hanging. What skin is left should (in my experience) flatten and smooth against the glans. 2nd tie (green line) would be from same hole area and angled back toward your shaft, this would take a "V" notch out of your frenulum. Let everything heal well and make a 3rd tie if necessary. Hope this helps. Please post photos of your progress.

Thank you for your advice. Yes, big frenulum, maybe because I did a lot of penis enlargement exercises. So I dont need to make another hole and make 2 ties by using one hole. I need to make it as much precise as possible with this treatment, because I have only one dick, one frenulum and nothing to test on before :) How tight I need to tie a knots? What type of knot is better to use? In case you are in Europe, can you advise where to buy small portion of Assut sutures Silk Braided non absorbable sutures or any other brand? I was struggling to but small portion and in pharmacy only by special order I can buy a box of 75 meters for 50 Euros. Or maybe other types of sutures can be used?

I understand your hesitation. You could make a small test (blue line) 1/2 as deep to the hole and see how that goes. You would still be able to do the 2 ties from the hole (with some help). Let that heal and it would give you an idea of the process without making a big, deep tie. Almost all of us that has tied, at least from this forum, have made our first ties very shallow and realized they needed to be deeper. It gave us the experience to make better ties the next time.
The knots I tied was as tight as I could pull them, they will hurt or be uncomfortable for awhile until the thread cuts in some. I used a surgeons knot and that seemed to work OK. In some cases I put another thread through the same hole and made it tight when the 1st thread couldn't be tightened any further after several days. I tried a bunch of different threads to tie with and it doesn't really matter as long as it is strong and not too thin. If the thread is too thin I think it cuts through too quickly. Any fabric shop should have a strong thread that will work and a regular sewing needle to pull the thread through. Dip everything in alcohol and you should be fine.
One of the most important things you can do is a warm salt soak from day one and continue doing soaks even after the thread comes off. It keeps everything clean and helps relieve any pain/discomfort. Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for your advice. I have just made 1st and 2nd knots together by using strong non-surgical nylon thread. A few hours after it was made I felt little bit pain in the area due to sensitive frenulum skin, but quite happy that I tied in right spots. Did it almost without anaesthetic because have only one spray for sore throat with lidocaine. After almost 24 hours of tying - no pain at all. The area of tied skin is becoming black as the chosen way should cut off small piece of frenulum skin. Photos are coming...

Brahmanion - congratulations! Remember to do sea salt soaks a couple of times a day, it really helps. Can't wait to see photos!

Hi, tj2, now its in very final stage, when the piece of skin in the middle dried completely, but still stuck to both life parts of frenulum. Quite painful any small movement especially when erection. Do I need to soak in warm water?

Absolutely do salt soaks! (The appropriate ratio for the mixture is ¼ a teaspoon of non-iodized salt in 8oz or 1 cup of water. For this method you would do one to two soaks a day for five to ten minutes. During the soak the ties need to be completely submerged in the sea salt mixture. After the soak simply rinse with warm water and pat dry. This method works with your body’s natural salinity to push out any bacteria.) It will soften the skin and help relieve the discomfort.
Hang in there, you are almost there. It looks like good placement and you should have an incredible amount of relief. Do not lose patient and cut! The size of your frenulum would definitely bleed. Keep the ties tight and do the salt soaks and you should be done in a few more days.

Brahmanion -
I forgot to ask how long have the ties been in? Most of your pain is probably coming from the dried out piece poking into your sensitive skin. Again, soak it in a nice hot salt water and it will soften that piece. I soaked for 15-20 minutes or whatever it takes for you to get results. Use a dab of neosporin (or any first aid cream) to keep it soft and flexible. Keeping your foreskin pulled over it should help keep it soft. Maybe remove the ties after soaking and retie with single threads so you can get them tight. I am excited for you! It should make a huge difference, like having a new toy! Keep me posted as to what is going on please.

Hi tj2, thanks for your messages. Yes, the pain was because the blacked skin was connected to untouched skin, the same feeling when you tear off a sore from the skin but in more sensitive matter. yesterday I took a bath and cut the black skin in half to release the tension. It helped a lot and I realised that I did nice job and great cut and its created nice shape with no scar at all. I tied it up last Sunday afternoon. So, should come our tomorrow I hope. Now going to soak in the sea salt water. Photos are coming...

The soak worked well, I removed all ties as much as I can and glued small wounds with special medical glue, so it can recover faster.

But it still tight and I need to tie more. The first one was most complicated because of 2 ties. The next one just requires one piercing which should be right up against the shaft. I want to have about 5mm from the edge of the frenulum to the piercing.
