Thanks DLD! Enjoying it! :) I am doing ADS though with the VLC Tugger! I also did do some measuring and I'm still at 19cm BPEL but that's okay, I'll continue on this month however, I noticed a significant gain in girth! Under the glans it went from 14cm to 14,5cm (5.7") and in the middle from 15cm to 15.5cm (6.1")! The base also gained and is closing in to 7"! Yikes!

I'll continue with girth and hanging so that I keep the girth. I do notice when I get erect and when I have my morning erections, I still feel the burn of the workout. So, I guess it's still healing. So, tomorrow I'll do a 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off for girth. See if that's a good routine. I usually do 5min of SSJ followed by 5min of Size Blasters and I do this two times, 20min in total for girth.

I will keep in the hanging of around 2/3 hours a day, except for Sunday. Let's see how that goes for the month of April! :)
 
I do notice it's a bit difficult to go to 100% erect, probably because it's still healing due to the girth work. I'm hoping this will even out eventually.

Haha, well wouldn't go that far! It's just the base that's really beeft. Now I hope I'm able to get a bit more length... more than girth but I'll do these girth exercises the coming month and see how it goes.

Just finished 2x1 hour of hanging this morning. :)

Before hanging I did a 5min warmup with the heatpad and also did some bundled stretches of about 5min with the help of the lengthmaster. I'm now ADS-ing and will do girth in the evening and another hour or two of hanging before bed.
 
Just did another 30/40min of hanging, this time BTC and out, plus out left/right. I do out as follows: I use my bed, I put a chair with a cushion next to the bed with about a feet or less of space in between. I then put my legs on the chair and with my belly / upper body on the bed with the weights/hanger in between the space between the chair and the bed. Now I can lie comfortably, watch a video on my mobile while I hang downward / outward. To go left/right, I simply move to either my left or right side. That stretch can become quite intense so I do it very gradually. Post hanging measurements are again around 2/3mm longer plus the base seems bigger. I guess because I'm also stretching the ligs there.

?? I’m so glad that you’re using the size blasters, not too many people picked up on that exercise. It’s such an incredible way to train so hopefully your example will inspire others.
 
Indeed, the Size Blasters work really well for me. I use both hands, first grabbing behind the glans stretching outwards, second grabbing the extreme base and pushing towards the glans so that there's a stretch at the base plus pushing the blood up the shaft also creates compression.

I also added a manual exercise before my morning hanging, which is the base fulcrum stretch using the length master. Works really well stretching the ligs. After that I hang for about an hour.

I will be combining the fulcrum base stretch with the erect stretches I've been doing. I'm hoping that will help things along!

That sounds pretty powerful how exactly are you going to do this?
