Just had a very nice 2x2hours [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session today. This morning/afternoon 2 hours and this evening 2 hours. Had a good stretch!

DLD, yeah, it fluctiates though, it's not always lighter, sometimes especially after a really good workout where I sweat, it gets red, as if the skin is irritated. It's alright now though. I just got my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]MaleExtra[/words] pills and took 3. Went in the shower, did a warmup and started doing erect stretches for 6min. Downward stretches and also grabbing/tugging deep in the base, behind the balls. After these 6min I got really great length gains. It went up to 19cm BPEL (7,5inch). Which is most likely temporary but it's getting close to the old stats again. Hopefully I'll be able to cement that somewhere in the coming months.

I'm currently in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device for the next couple of hours.

This will definitely help you cement those fluctuating gains, just remember that when doing erect stretches you will need to use much more force than flaccid.
 
I only did erect stretches today and they made a difference! Just 5/6min of it was enough to get me to 7,5inch. After that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'll add more to this tomorrow and soon I'll also get the LG Hanger which would be a great addition to the routine. I'm not doing the flaccid base stretch anymore because I start sweating a lot and it irritates the skin when I grab and stretch the base. However, with these erect stretches I'm getting the same results and faster.

Erect Stretching is the shit as long as you can get good grip and serious intensity. What better way to stretch than when you are at your maximum size?
 
Got the LG Hanger! :-) Works great.

I'm going to use it fully tomorrow with the following routine:

Warmup in shower
- 5min erect stretching
- 20min hanging
- 5min erect stretching
Warmdown in shower

With the erect stretching I'm already seeing excellent gains so I hope with this routine I'll be able to cement the 18,5cm next month and get to 19cm (7,5inch) in the coming three months. Let's see what happens!

Erect stretching should be part of every prosperous routine. Stretching flaccid will bring the length gains but erect stretching will firm them up and make them permanent. It only takes 5 minutes per day and it translates to much faster gains in erect length. So glad you are doing them Film and I hope it shows on your next measurement.
 
nice do hear your doing them i was unaware of erect streching being necesaary my first month and have been doing it this month and have been seening amazing gains

Wat up ma breda! Have you noticed anything with your erect stretches?
The other night I got a sick pump doin a tiny bit of size blasters. But still haven't felt that " like nothing else" stretch maybe I haven't got form down.
