Actually, I didnt ejaculate. I'm training my PC muscle, a great way to do that is with edging. It's indeed great for expansion. I did another session just now, I did ejaculate however, but that is to fatique the penis before my length routine.
 
Do you use towel lifts? I'm down with those. I want my PC muscles to be strong enough they even look muscular from the outside. Is this practical in your experienced opinion?

I haven't done towel lifts before but I'm game to try that. I think by exercising this muscle it'll become strong and even bigger. It did for me at one point.
 
Just had a great length routine of downward stretches, BTC standing and sitting stretches, deep base streches and erect stretches. And currently in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device for about 4 hours. When erect it looked awesome! I went back to my old stats of 18,5cm (7,29inch). Later in the evening I'll do my dry jelq routine under the hot shower. I'll keep doing this routine till I've cemented the 7,29 inch. I'll also incorporate the LG Hanger when it arrives. :-)
 
When I do erect stretching I use one hand to stretch downwards and the other hand I use to grab deep in the base and stretch/jelq at the base. Excellent workout. :)
 
I'd join you but I don't feel ready. I also wanna try constricted boas; I have a good feeling about trying soon but I don't know. Don't want to guillotine my guy.
 
It's actually expressive stretching, stretching the base. Doing so will eventually reveal hidden penis length, plus combining that with hanging will give you humongous base girth! :D Although my base is already very girthy, 6+ inches.

But my goal at the moment is reaching 19cm (7,5inch). Even I've cemented that, I'm a happy camper. :) Then onwards to 8 inch.

I hear pumping is fun,effective ,but what toll does it take on your eq? I would imagine it may kill it, however I think it works alot different from the clamps ( I've not pumped). Would you say pumping in combo with stretching and girth work is easy? Or do you need to be very meticulous.
 
I'd say be careful to not overpump. Do a good deal of warming up before you do and only put it in for 5min, after that do 5min of jelqing. Repeat this set 3 times. 5x5x3. It's a great [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] set to use and it'll give great expansion. Just be careful with not overpumping, else you'll get nasty discoloration. Also, make sure you warmdown afterwards too and perhaps also do massaging / Firegoat Rolls.
 
What's the furthest you've taken the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] to have great gains without overtraining.
 
Haven't used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after overusing it and getting bad discoloration. Won't use it again either due to be prone to discoloration. Rather keep stretching and jelqing and using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Works for me. :)
 
Just did another excellent length routine and am now in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I noticed that doing sitting BTC's yield even more gains for me than the deep base stretch. I'll be using them both still but will put more effort into the sitting BTC's. In the evening I'll do dry jelqing under the shower and erect stretches. Then another few hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

My unit is still reddish though, not sure if that's still discoloration of something or just irritated skin due to the heat and the workouts. I'm not too bothered with it anymore though.

Looks to be normal redness, same as what I get after a good session. I think discoloration would be more classified as only part of the penis becoming darker opposed to an overall hue after training.
 
That's true, although it's constantly red now. It's pressable though, when I press a part or do firegoat rolls, it becomes lighter, then the red hue comes back. I'm currently trying Meladerm, which seems to be a safe way to lighten and it has lots of vitamins which will probably improve appearance as well. But I'm not stopping PE again! ;-)

Did you ever get that Hydrocortisone in?
