Just added 30 jelqs each to my girth routine, so in total 240 jelqs. I might push that up to a total of 300 jelqs each routine in a few weeks. :-) I'm also considering hanging.
 
Second week! Going well. My old gains are slowly coming back and thanks to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] my girth is also increasing.

My current girthworkout is 100x jelqing, 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (blue), 100x jelqing, 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (black), 100x jelqing. :-)
 
Had another excellent workout today! :-) My girth routine is doing very well, I just measured my girth being 0,5cm bigger! Length is also getting there... the routine I'm doing with the Base Stretch and the BTC's is doing well. With each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session I also put pressure on the tube, pushing it forward/downwards, Expressive Stretching! Wow, it's really intense but feels good. Hope it'll push the length up again till I'm at my last known point. Hope to get to 7.5inch / 19cm this month or at least next month. :-) We'll see, I'll keep on going!

Something interesting happened yesterday and today. When I was doing my girth routine after length, I do my usual 100 jelqs and then strapped on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words], blue [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. I usually get to about 18,5cm but this time I jumped to 19,5cm! Wow... I hope that'll eventually reflect in my gains. :-)
 
Just measured after a simple 4x2.5min fulcrum base stretch routine and got to 18.6cm BPenis EnlargementL! :-) 7.3 inches... whee! Time to lock / cement that.
 
The routine I'm doing is working it seems. I was stuck at about 20cm BPFSL but now it gets to 20.6cm on a good day of doing my standard routine.

Routine at the moment:

4x2min Fulcrum Base Stretch, after each 2min stretch I add a 30sec stretch downwards and all downward angles. Which makes it together a 10min routine.
4x1.5min BTC stretch. This is a great stretch! After this routine I get usually around 20.6cm BPFSL.

Shower, 5min warmup.
100x Jelqing. I alternate between 25x left hand, 25x right hand, 25x left hand, 25x right hand. And since recently I also add in a couple of overhand jelqs which are great for grabbing the deep base.

When using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I usually add pressure gradually over a minute. After 1min I'm at full presure. Same goes for stopping the session. 1min to pressure down in increments of about 20sec.

5min warmdown.
 
When I woke up this morning I had massive morning wood, like every other morning. I measured it and got to 18,5cm! Good sign. Now onwards to 19cm (7,5inch), the short term goal. :-D

That is a great sign of premium penile health! Better erections will force the new gains to become cemented, I am happy things are unfolding with accuracy!
 
Thanks DLD. I just did a post-length routine erect measurement and got to 19cm! 7,5inch. This is unfortuantely temporary but I hope to be able to cement this in the coming months.

Cement with DLD Erect Stretching! For me, the gap was closed when I started to do erect stretches as a healing and cementing exercise. It is very simple to do, get 100% erect and with no lube, grip your penis just below the glans and using the other hand as an anchor at the base, stretch with full force. Spend 30-60 seconds in a rep and do maybe 4-6 sets. You may encounter a ligament pop, which is very normal in this exercise...it is harmless. In no time the gap will close and you will have cemented these gains and new gains will start to appear.
 
Holy smokes, you're a genius DLD. I just did a 10min (5x2min) base fulcrum stretch, after that I went erect and did the DLD Erect Stretching, like you described. It was awesome! I'm going to incorporate that in all my last session of the day (evening) routine.
 
When I do the Erect Stretch, I usually do it now after a workout, 6x1min. I first did it last Thursday evening before bed. I did it twice yesterday after my length routines. I feel sore now! Today is a rest day haha. Back to it tomorrow.
 
Cant wait to get this cemented. After the length workout and when doing the Erect Stretches it hits the 19cm mark which in itself is already impressive to see. I really see the difference between that and what it normally is when the temp. gains have dissipated. The base is very pronounced since I do a lot of base fulcrum stretces. These seem to give me instant gains compared to regular stretches. I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing and hope it'll get cemented in the next couple of months. :-)
 
Getting the 19cm (7.5inch) cemented takes time. I've currently added more time to my routine which, when I'm doing my last minute of it gives me massive gaines, even a little over 19cm now. Most of those gains look like they are concentrated at the base which is very pronounced and big after the routine. My current routine is only aimed at length.

Routine:
5min base fulcrum stretch
5min BTC
5min Mandingo stretch
10min base fulcrum stretch
8-10min erect stretch

After the erect stretches I attach it to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device for 2 hours. Then I repeat the above manual routine and take a break. In the evening I repeat this whole routine so I have around 30+ min of manual excersices and 2x2=4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Sounds like a good way to cement these gains. :-)
 
It's been a while but I've started my PE routine again after succesfully removed most of the discoloration. Some redness still remains but I'm using Aloe Vera gel now to see if I can make that go away and make the skin healthier.

I noticed that when I measured, it was back at it's original length but when I started doing simple downward stretches in the shower I gained rather quickly and it went to about 18.2cm BPEL. So, I'm going to continue till I'm back at 19cm and hopefully onwards to 20.5cm. :-)

I might also add a 20min hanging routine, not sure yet.

welcome back!!! how did you remove most of the discoloration? just rest and aloe? have you been on the forums recently? if not, you'll notice you can now upload videos right to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] :)

Welcome back Film, it has been a minute. You did take quite a bit of time off fixing the discoloration but it was worth the time, you have the biggest changes in discoloration than anyone who has ever tried. The gains that were lost will come back very quickly so don't mind that. Redness deal with at that stage so it does not become discoloration again.
 
Hi man! Yes, I've noticed with some simple downward stretches that the gains are coming quickly haha. As for the redness, it's pressable and if I leave it alone it gets less slowly. I think it's just irritated skin due to all that crap I've put it through. I'll just clean it with water under the shower and leave it alone, except for the stretching + [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. :-)

Do you think [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]MaleExtra[/words] would help get extra gains from just the manual + [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] routine?
