Note: I am aiming to become a firefighter hence the hardcore training routine. Its nice to work in food service to aim for this goal. So besides the Penis Enlargement, this journal is for that also.
 
On Fridays routine, when i was attaching the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I blew a load. My sensitivity was so high right when more pressure was felt I came. So i quickly released pressure emptied, refilled(while kegaling like crazy to keep hard as long as possible) and re-attached. Stayed plump for quite a while, no fluid retention.

Surprising turn of events on that one.

7.6" BPenis EnlargementL (varies occasionally to 7.5 but more often than not it is 7.6)
4.812" EG-near top shaft (one notch above 3/4 for the baddies at math)
4.75" EG-mid shaft
5.312" EG-base (one notch above 1/4)

Not sure If i confused anyone with that, but the reason I have a "near top shaft" measurement is because my girth gets a lot thinner before the head. I should measure my head soon. Because I am sure it is atleast 5" EG.

Thoughts on routine

Clamp+Pumping is key so far for my girth. I need to start my day earlier so I can get more Penis Enlargement sets in.

On a side note when I started BodyBuilding I was 135 pounds. I am now up to 148. And am 5"11. Still skinny but getting much more muscular.

PC Muscle Update

So yesterday and today. I was jerking it with ultimate purpose to blow a load. Nearing my PONR I thought.

"what a waste of an erection, I'm gonna try and stop this orgasm"

So I hit the point where those involuntary contractions kick in and you wanna start furiously stimulating to milk all the pleasure out. But I slammed on a Kegal with such "fuck you" mentality, I knew my PC muscle would either A)fail B)stop orgasm. To which option B proved to be the victor. Small amount of Semen dribbled out but wasn't near what it would have been via option A.

I did the same thing again tonight, option B prevailed again.

The Word
You can turn anything into an exercise. If you want to blow a load, might as well try and see how genuinely long you can last. Or if your kegal exercises are paying off. Even if you fail on the squeeze, you succeeded what you originally intended to do. If you succeed you get to walk around horny and confident, in my opinion those work well together...

Haven't posted in a bit. However I have still been working hard at Penis Enlargement and BB. Slacked a few days here and there, not worried about it though, past gains are sticking. Will start Girth routine again hard and strong Monday.

BB Note:
Friend got me P90X. So I might give that a go for a bit. Need a pull up bar and resistance bands(more cost-effective for me as opposed to a dumbell set). Kettlebell is still awesome, just trying to change it up.

Been pumping and clamping still. Have some new temp gains just trying to get them to stick.
