Ok, I'm not going to do a diary entry for my absence, but I will divulge some top secret info that I know you've all been dying to hear.,,

1) The injury. Moderate bleeding from the urethra every time I Penis Enlargemented. I took a considerable amount of time off, time from Penis Enlargement, time from the boards, and my penis in general. I came back refreshed and renewed. It's an intensive routine, but not a lot of work involved. The hardest part is managing an erection for the entire thing. My erections actually have started to suffer quite a bit, so I decided I'd try doing a short jelq session every day. Whenever I jelq I seem to have superhuman erections, I'm hoping that will give me the edge I need to make it through this workout.

Dry jelqing. Goddamn, I love dry jelqing. But I just couldn't see the gains happening. My erections were killer, but the gains were just not there. I think after I reach 5.5" EG I'm going to start working length a little bit. Maybe during that time, I'll do my dry jelq routine. I've decided to up my goal to 9x6. I don't think it's too much to ask for. I think the 6" girth is going to be tougher than th 9" length.

I don't think the 5.5" EG by New Years is going to happen. I wanted it so bad - but it's ok. I've learned so much from wanting it so bad that it's almost worth not having it yet. 6" EG is a serious undertaking for me. I've seen ALMOST nobody make a two inch girth increase. Keep me in good spirits guys, I lose faith every so often. The goal seems so far away...

5.5" EG at the start of my Penis Enlargement was the pinnacle of girth for me. I thought being the size of a paper roll tube was going to be the greatest thing ever. Even though I've reset my goal to 6"+, there's still a certain amount of sentimental value I'm placing on 5.5" I almost feel like crying thinking about the day that I read a solid 5.5". If by the New Year, awesome. If not, that's OK too. The important thing is to be efficient and not SLOW my progress by trying to compensate for slow gains.

Today is a semi-rest day. No Penis Enlargement work per se, but I'm working on something big. Hopefully it pans out in the next few days, should be a super wonderful resource to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and the Penis Enlargement world in general. High hopes, I know.

Also - kegels. I decided to implement a kegel routine again. The last time I was doing them, I was Penis Enlargementing so intensely, kegeling so intensely that I pretty much lost erectile function completely for a while. I'm doing a short PC exercises each night just to get it in some kind of shape. I'm not particularly proud of my erection strength without a cockring on, so I'm hoping this helps out a bit.

I've also remembered that I'm about to sell some books back - I could get between $60-100. I've decided I'm going to get some Viagra or Cialis, whatever sounds good at the time. Cialis sounds cool, because if I go on a 2 on/1 off schedule I could take one that would last for those two work days.

Your routine looks similar to mine without the hanging. You might try for just two clamps instead of three and extend the time to 12minutes from 10min. I'm going to try the same.

Penis Enlargement is driving me up the wall. I'm running out of ideas. Every time I try something new, another problem arises. Everytime I rehash something old - the same problem arises. Everytime I combine new and old things - several problems arise. I wish that for one fucking month I could find a routine that works for me. I wish that for one month I could do manual exercises WITHOUT CONSTRICTION. I've never, ever, done a workout without at least a little constriction to keep an erection.

Maybe Penis Enlargement just isn't in the cards for me. Oh I'll keep at it, the rest of my life maybe, but for now - nothing interesting is happening. No gains, no increase in penile function, no improvement in erections. These things happen every once in a while, but they are short lived.

The learning curve of Penis Enlargement is odd. I'm still learning better ways of doing basic things. For instance, I finally, FINALLY, learned how to measure correctly. My measurements may have been overshot by .1-.2". I wish I was big enough that a mistake like that would be trivial. I get so down sometimes - had I started a little bit bigger would I be already where I'm dying to be now? Would I have worked so hard? Would a 5.5" EG seem like such a trophy to me?

I ruined myself on fast gains early on. Now that they are non-existent, I've developed a sort of self-defeating prophecy. Gains seem so rare that I'm actually beginning to wonder how possible they really are. Maybe, because of my body's physical limitations - I'll never be able to Penis Enlargement like everyone else, and I'll never make another gain. If I had to Penis Enlargement constantly for 4 hours a day, I'd probably do it. Fuck, I've tried.

This workout's problem: Fluid buildup, clamping generates a lot, but by jelqing beforehand it's magnified. Expansion wasn't terrific. Any attempt at exercising while clamping causes mass fluid influx. Jelqing before clamping somehow increases my capacity for bruising as well.

This workout's benefits: Relatively little work. Wet jelqing helps my erection quality (from dismal to moderate, at least.)

Well, my future ideas include: separate Penis Enlargement and pumping sets. Perhaps pumping in the morning and Penis Enlargementing at night. If I could manage doing an extended, low pressure pump session every morning that would be terrific. I want to throw out clamping - I just don't like it. Fluid buildup is a bitch for me. I may be looking into getting some Viagra. In that case, I could do a whole workout without constriction - which may allow me to get maximum expansion with minimal fluid buildup. If I don't get the Viagra, I may order a new pump. The one I have is not suited to my needs, and may be less effecient than more. Pump is ~$125 ... Viagra is ~$90 for two months supply. Maybe Santa will get me both.
 
Bro you're getting too serious and obsessed about it. I used to get that problem and occasionally I still do. Especially since my girth isnt that great. I started 6x4.5 now im like 6.5-7x4.75 After I do some clamping my girth is usually 5. I'm like you my goal is 5.5, when Im clamped and at 5.5 my dick looks so good, I just cant wait for the day I hit 5.5 solid. Here's the routine that I recommend to you after having read your log:

Short warmup/hot wrap
10 minute basic constrictor/clamp
*50 dry jelqs at medium intensity (second day)
*5-10 minutes edging (first and third day)
alternating hot wraps/cold plunges x 3
10 minute basic constrictor/clamp
*50 dry jelqs at medium intensity (second day)
*5-10 minutes edging (first and third day)
alternating hot wraps/cold plunges x 3
500 wet jelqs at medium-high intensity
hot wrap
put on your cockring
FR if you want

NOTES:
Do the routine above for one month on a three-day on/one day off schedule. Edge only on the first and third days of the cycle. Do the dry jelqs only on the second day of the cycle. The edging and ejaculation will help your erection quality in subsequent workouts. If you are having difficulty getting erect when trying to start your clamp session you may extend the clamp time to NO MORE THAN 12 minutes. Invest in a couple of one-piece cockrings that go over just your penis - not the whole package. I'm guessing that 1" and 1.25" rings will work best for you. Wear the smaller ring during the day where you can monitor it. Try a full-length constrictor with the larger ring to see if you can wear it at night safely. If not, buy the next higher size and experiment again until you feel safe to wear it at night. Take off the cockring for a few hours - day, if your skin around the base gets irritated.

Don'ts:
A)Don't exceed the clamping time limits listed.
B)Don't pump (AT ALL).
C)Don't add ANY other exercises.
D)Don't worry!


The routine above will stimulate growth, eliminate the fluid buildup that you're experiencing and take advantage of the rest-recovery cycle for gains. You may even want to try a 2 day on/one day off cycle, in which case, you would edge on day #1 and dry jelq on day #2. My gut feeling is that you are currently stunting your own growth by overtraining. You need to utilize the rest-recovery cycle to maximize your growth. In fact, I'd even suggest that you take 5 days off after every two weeks of training. Another thing that I'd recommend is to GET ON A REGULAR SLEEP SCHEDULE. Your erections and gains will improve if you do this and it will multiply the effectiveness of the rest-recovery cycle. I promise. Tugging on your penis a dozen times when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed will also stimulate growth and some engorgement. I'd also recommend that you tug on your penis whenever you get the chance during the day. By tugging, I mean light pulls for no longer than 8-10 seconds, straight out and straight down. This should also stimulate growth and circulation.

Less CAN be more.

Franchise - thanks for the words of encouragement brother. I sometimes forget that I have made gains. I tend to have overly drastic expectations of myself, and attribute failure to lack of ability. HOOSYODADDI - jesus man, you don't fuck around with posts. It seems what you are recommending is a slight conditioning/deconditioning with every workout interval. I'm going to try out an old routine with dry jelqing/edging/slammers but I'll keep your reccomendation in mind if that doesn't work out. I think I'd like to try the continuous cock ring wear thing again. I don't have my hard rings anymore, I'll go buy a set in a day or two. I actually never wore them much - I never liked the feeling. But I'm thinking I might appreciate them more now. I don't like the "stretchy" constriction feeling much anymore, and will probably prefer the "hard" constriction. Also, I tried a few short pumping sets this morning with a little edging. Didn't go for expansion, just blood influx. I managed a killer wood by the time I stopped. I'd like to keep doing that.

ProAC - thanks for the info. I don't know that I agree with all of it though. I've always had fluid buildup, and it is not preventable with a clamp. I even get it when I jelq. I don't think it's a sign of overtraining - some people are just more apt to get it (myself.) Funny thing is it happens much more readily when I do exercise that involve putting pressure on the circ scar, coronal ridge, and head.

It's been a few days - I just finished up my finals, came home, and started working. I don't feel like spouting off personal shit like I usually do, but I promise I'll have it for you later. Don't hold your breath.

Anyways I took a few days off of Penis Enlargement, namely because I was busy as fuck but also because I wanted to decide how I wanted to pursue it from now on. Well, somehow, this shit always works out. I've made another breakthrough.

There was probably two months straight that I never got an erection without the assistance or addition of my lasso cock-ring. In fact, I doubt that I ever got a real erection at any point - anytime I went to masturbate, have sex, or Penis Enlargement I strapped the guy on my penis. Now that you are getting good erections, it would be a great time to implement the rest of the routine that I recommended. You are in a perfect position to start the constrictors. On every third day, you can follow the constrictors with 50 dry jelqs. You will find that your erection level will be perfect for dry jelqs after doing a constrictor. 50 dry jelqs are just right to restore normal circulation, get some additonal girth work done and not hurt yourself. The edging days will help improve your erection quality. The hot and cold plunges would probably best be done right after the constrictors. As far as the wet jelqs go, I'd even say you could drop that number to 400.

Give the complete routine a try - I promise it will work.

It was also hard to keep below 100% and not completely lose my erection. The real downfall was the sex test later that night, when I could barely keep it up with a condom on. When I took it off and she gave it a little working I was back to it, but fuck. That doesn't happen when I don't do constrictors. I also gave the hot/cold dips a shot at the end of the workout. The hardest problem wasn't finding the right size glass, it was finding an appropriate water temperature for the hot dip. I could stick my finger in there and it wouldn't be too hot, then I would stick my penis in there and scream a yelp of pain.

I will continue doing my dry jelq routine. I've been throwing on some horsies and dual jelqs (dry, fucking killer when I can pull them off at 100%) at the end and really liking the results. The erect girth isn't budging much to my perception, but my flaccid has been insane.

A word about the cock ring. This may seem odd at my girth, but the 1.25" is even a little big for me. I attribute this to the fact the my shaft skin seems to be rather "thick" - therefore gripping the inner penis is somewhat more difficult than if my skin were thin. THEN AGAIN - I'm not completely sure how hard rings work. The ring will stay in place when I'm not hard, and is pretty fucking tight when I am hard - but it offers little ADCish capability (ex. having it on my flaccid does not necessarily keep a little blood in it.) Perhaps that's not the function and the ring is a nice fit. A 1.25" is TIGHT when I'm erect, I'm sure a 1" would make it fall off.

How many minutes did you clamp? It is normal to have difficulties getting an erection soon after a clamp session. I had problems getting erect after clamp sessions when I first started. That is a documented newbie reaction as well as a normal reaction if you have done a session that is more intense than what you are accustomed. My first suggestion would be to adjust your EXPenis EnlargementCTATIONS to a more reasonable level. If you are having sex daily with your gf, don't be surprised if your erection quality suffers on the same day as your girth session.

As far as the hot dips go, sounds like you are using it as another excuse not to stick to the plan. Find another way to do the recovery exercise:i.e.-use hot wraps instead hot dips.

The dry jelqs are not to be done at full % erection. You think that they are not doing anything. I've never done them at 100% and have gotten great expansion. In fact, I get better expansion targeting at around 50-60%. Remember that this is NOT your old routine and the reason that you are doing things differently is to see if they net you a better, safer result. It's self-defeating for you to discount and quit the plan after only one or two days.
