So today marks the final countdown, i'm glad I started today because sadly my workout wasn't what I hope so I can put it behind me and start the week fresh with positive vibes. I'm maybe being a bit over critical, started back at the gym today and did an average session, was pretty busy as its the school holidays here so planning to head down early morning from now on. Completed my stretches, BTC stuff seems to be feeling a bit easy now, its defiantly my favorite stretch for grip and intensity but maybe that's wearing off a bit. I know I need to add some more advance stuff but I really have grip issues with the ones Ive tried recently, I guess practice makes perfect.

Girth today was my main issue, I had a pumping headache all evening which killed my mood but I gave it ago. I kept getting air bubbles and pressure issues and just got frustrated. I eventually got it to work and did a second set and just left at that so only 20 min's girth work in total.

Anyway we all have a bad workout now and again, its behind me now and tomorrow is a new day.

Been a tough few days, woke up the day after the above feeling like hell, still had a pumping headache, nearly passing out and being sick. I decided to have a shower to see if it helped and I near enough blackout out. Went to bed pretty pissed off and didn't move all day. Finally in the PM I felt a little better and attempted a routine, completing 20 min's stretching and 3 x 10 min's clamping...not too shaby.

Today was alot better, did all my BTC stuff bundled which really got the intensity back and will be the backbone of what I do lengthwise for the next month or so followed by a great gym session and a another 30 min clamping session.

It really can. One of my favorite ways to stretch for time on end is under the covers with a good movie on. My mind is in the movie and the stretches just go on and on. Every time you pee you can get a set of basic stretches in. If I don't have to much time I will do some Rotary Stretches and some Behind The Cheeks Stretches, as they cover all angles very quickly. If you are sitting, cock back and do some Lazy Ass Stretches. Being an gainer is all about embracing the work and making it a part of the total lifestyle.
 
Just dropping in for a quick update. Measurements were last night but really struggled to get a clear picture. There are gains, which is the main thing but my erection drops so quick when trying to whip out a good photo. What I need to do is get a pic when I wake up with morning wood as mine last for ages.

Today is the start of my third month back, it's going to be a tough week as I have exams at the end of the week so I'm constantly revising (5hrs a day) and mentally fried at the end, but I will push through.

Will give a more detailed update tonight and have another go at pictures.

sorry guys, I took the week off as I had exams and noticed I wasn't putting my all into my routine, I start back tomorrow and will also aim to take measurements!
 
So today marks my routine back to Penis Enlargement after an extend week break, which I needed for personal / exam reasons. This month I am going to try something new. My old routines took around 1hr 30mins to complete and with me about to move abroad, be reunited with my gf and start working again, I am pretty confident I will not be able to comfortably manage this.

During my time off I spent some time reflecting on where my Penis Enlargement will take me and I made some strong realizations. As many others have preached, Penis Enlargement needs to be a life-long commitment and for me to make this commitment I need to adapt it as part of my life. For me to do this I need to treat it like I do with many of my hobbies and not be overly obsessed with it, whilst also making sure I am dedicated enough to make progress.

The long and short of it (for me) means I will cut down on the time I allocate to Penis Enlargement, but making sure the time I spend is of a high quality. I'm going to start looking at it like I do the gym, I workout around 4 times a week, for 45 minutes each session and within that time I really put my all in. With this in mind, I will allocated 40 min's per session to Penis Enlargement, with the minimum of 5 sessions per week but really focusing on a quality workout.

Due to the shorter sessions and the fact I am looking towards the long term here, I will focus (for now) more on the girth side of things and move onto the length later. Also I will now put less emphasis on measuring, due to the less commitment it may take longer for me to gain and thus I will try and hold out for 2 month intervals before I do.

This for me, is as much about making Penis Enlargement (mentally) a part of my lifestyle than it is gaining. This is truly a bit of a study on the 'less is more' side of things.

As for previous gains, it's been a toughie, I really struggle with keeping a consistent erection when measuring and will now be thinking of getting some Viagra for measure day uses to ensure accuracy. On a good day, I hit 6.6 BPenis EnlargementL x 4.9MSEG which is a great boost. My EQ has suffered recently as I am less sexually active and have to rely on adult entertainment which I have slowly started to desensitized too, this should improve after I am reunited with the missus.

Coming back after a week off can be tough, just push yourself and, as you said, keep in the same context as going to the gym. Put everything you have so when October comes you can report some good gains!

Another great session today, these smaller workout's really allow me to focus on the quality, which is really allowing me to see what my penis reacts well too. Today I pumped slightly less than what I did the day before (175 instead of 180) and that small difference had a huge impact on fluid retention which was great to see. Ive started to put a clamp on after the workout too, behind the balls at around 50-60% erect. I keep it on for around 20 minutes on a semi-tight setting to just keep some of the pump a bit longer.
