So today marks the final countdown, i'm glad I started today because sadly my workout wasn't what I hope so I can put it behind me and start the week fresh with positive vibes. I'm maybe being a bit over critical, started back at the gym today and did an average session, was pretty busy as its the school holidays here so planning to head down early morning from now on. Completed my stretches, BTC stuff seems to be feeling a bit easy now, its defiantly my favorite stretch for grip and intensity but maybe that's wearing off a bit. I know I need to add some more advance stuff but I really have grip issues with the ones Ive tried recently, I guess practice makes perfect.
Girth today was my main issue, I had a pumping headache all evening which killed my mood but I gave it ago. Started well, nice first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] & Jelq set, then went for the second on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] would not play ball. I kept getting air bubbles and pressure issues and just got frustrated. I eventually got it to work and did a second set and just left at that so only 20 min's girth work in total.
Anyway we all have a bad workout now and again, its behind me now and tomorrow is a new day.
