The purpose of this post to set up a few new things for month two of my comeback. The first being changes to my routine. These will not be drastic as I know I have made good progress with this current workout (had a cheeky measure last week) and I am a firm believer of not changing something too much if its working. The changes have been brought in to help maintain a simple flow on my workout to make sure I still do the same amount of exercise but decrease time spent. The other is that I have played around with numerous girth workouts and I will be simply using the one that gives me optimum expansion.

Excellent post Punky! You really have everything down to a fine science, I can see you have done a ton of research. I hope some other men get involved with the competition, the more the better. The new progress reporting is awesome too, big ups to Medicating for that! This type of progress report will give you information right down to the minute, it will really make it possible to fine tune the routine with simple comparisons. Both you guys have me very inspired!
 
sadly no updates for pics / gains at the moment, they are there but I just cannot get a strong enough erection to measure. This past week has been extremely stressful and Ive had a lot of anxiety so I'm going to put it down to that. POA is to delay measurement just until I fell i have a good erection, at that point I'll measure so hopefully before then end of the week.

I do know Ive gained around .25" BPenis EnlargementL from measurements last week but I really just want to confirm it all first. Penis Enlargement will resume as normal today and masturbation is on hold.
 
Fantastic Punky! .25 in BPenis EnlargementL is amazing! A quarter inch! I think you'll find your new log layout much easier and you'll begin to realise how much work you're really putting in and you'll push yourself hard to reach those goals.

It's great to see that you're competing in the championship too. It'll be great fun and as you said, it will keep us on track. With regards to the measurement, don't stress over it. It took me two nights to get pictures and my erection still wasn't as hard as I like. There's nothing penis-hardening about trying taking a photo with one hand while trying to measure your penis with another hand. It's very hard to get a real accurate measurement when you're trying to take a photo too. Just keep trying and it'll come.

I can relate to the frustrations of measuring. Camera shy is too light of a phrase, my penis sees the lens and freaks out. I suggest taking a viagra and once it sets in measure to get best results.
 
Yea the picture thing is a bit demotivating as I really want the pictures asap, but my EQ isn't great all round, recently I have been around 80% when I have had to get hard myself, I get a few good morning wood days which are just what I need to get this stuff rolling. I'm gonna inquire about some viagra and look down that alley.

Anyway note to dabble on the bad stuff too much, got on track with starting my routine today, some minor glitches I need to iron out but nothing major. My flaccid hang makes standard blasters a tad hard so I'm gonna go hunt for a bar of shorts to get them to work, other than that went well. Felt some good intensity, good expansion of the girth too.

Day two down and another good day. Really want to get a strong week so putting a lot into my workouts. There's still some fine tuning I need to do in reference to girth works-outs and really trying to maximize expansion. Over-all got some good Penis Enlargement today and did an extra 20 minutes clamping on top of my normal workout. I decided to drop the idea of getting some viagra for now, I toyed with it but after I had issues with my card on some websites I decided for now, to drop it. After Ive got a few good nights sleep and de-stressed a bit my EQ has picked up.

I have purchased a few standard supplements to see if they help minimize this in the future, these being. L-Argentine, Ginkgo Biloba and Zink / Copper.

So after de-stressing a little and getting some proper sleep I got my EQ back up (just in time for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] competition) and had an official measurement day.

BPenis EnlargementL : + 0.3
NBPenis EnlargementL: Unmeasured
MSEG: + 0 - 0.1

First and foremost the BPenis EnlargementL. Very chuffed with this, this is the biggest gain I have made in EL since I ever started Penis Enlargement so a great motivational boost, it also takes me to the longest I have ever been length wise and is a personal record for myself.
This takes me up to 6.4" with a target of 6.7" come next month.

MSEG, I always struggle with girth and I find it can be such a tough measurement to take as it seems to be based so much on EQ The pics show it at 4.75" but there are measurements were it was at slightly less and some still at 4.6". My main goal this month is to get a solid 4.75-4.8" and will be putting in some solid time in the girth camp to see what I can really pull out the bag.

I forgot to measure NBPenis EnlargementL but will get a photo at some point.
 
That is great news on the length gains! I am so happy for you. You also made a girth gain, if I am seeing that stats right, so congratulations on that. 6.7 should be very easily attained if you keep up the great attitude and hard work....maybe even 7!

Thanks DLD, I'm very pleased all round. Girth wise I'm sometimes a bit over the top with it, I want to be consistently that size for me to count it as a gain, but maybe I'm being slightly over critical, but hell it just means I should have more impressive gains next month.

Another solid session today, felt good all round, got a good .5" expansion on my girth work and kept the pump for some time. Also sent some pics to the missus (shes been away since I started back with Penis Enlargement) and got the, "you look bigger, how is that possible" remark, was a great boost to my motivation. The pics were a good 5/6 hrs after my workout too so it's not like I took them with loads of temp girth!

Also gave the DLD squat stretches ago, love them! just need to perfect my grip slightly but these will be a regular now.

Another great workout, huge pump all day. Nearly ran out of the leech oil, I will not be placing a repeat order sadly due to me not really seeing the results I expected and would rather spend the money on some supplements to aid Penis Enlargement.

Well my fluid retention took a bit more to go down than normal. It's fine now but normally after a good massage it's down in 2/3 hours which allows me to get a bit more done in the evening. This time it was like it up until I woke up this morning so i'm gonna take the day off just to recuperate. Ive done 8 days straight so it will do me good.

I will also look at maybe taking 1/2 days off at the weekend, just to get some good healing in, I don't want to take too much but he defo needs some rest.
