Good news phalosan has already sent me the parts so should be here fairly soon. Tried my vac hanger last night and it went well. Did just 25 min set with 10lbs to see if I had any problems and it was all good. Going to do longer sets today. I'm really liking the vac hanger. It's so much easier to get on than a compression hanger and I don't need to wait time taking it off every 20 minutes for breaks and re wraps and all the bull shit. Hanging for an hour takes me an hour now instead of 2 hours. I'm gonna hang for at least 30 min every morning and at least an hour at night. 10lbs is a breeze so I'm gonna up it tonight

Measured this morning looks to be the same length as last measure even though I slacked off for a couple months. Didn't bother with girth cause it's not my goal so I'll assume it stayed the same also. So at 7.5 bpel so begins the work to hit the milestone of 8. Of corse I want 9 but every half inch gain is a celebration.

It helps increase flexibility and stretch in connective tissue, ligaments included. So I can stretch the ligs in the penis to get gains that way. For how long can you store them? (Is it powder thst you put in the freezer or?)
Other than easier stretching of the penis. What other effects have you had?

Yes it helps with all connective tissue in the body. I first started taking because of some extreme knee pain I was having and it cured me like a witch doctor miracle. At the same time I started to do pe and noticed I made very good gains during that time I was able to gain 1 inch length in 6 months with a very modest routine. So I started taking it again and my suspensory lig is like taffy now. I could stretch it much farther than I do currently but I just need my more bars to come in for my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words]. I think the peni pro would be good.
