So far I noticed my flaccid penis looking thicker/girthier and sometimes longer and I can stretch further with the extender.

When do you think you're going to measure?
 
Btw, the sleeve I use for anti-turtling after extending/hanging is already torn on one side, creating a noticeable opening, making it unusable. Happening a lot quicker than I thought.

I would just pick up a new one. And tears usually come from having too long or jaggedy fingernails.

I think I still got one that fits and I can use for now. And customs is a pain where I live

Now with one sleeve gone, I tried the ADS of the Stealth Stretcher again. This time with the teraband wrapping. And while it still takes some time to get used to, and a couple of tries every time. It's finally working.

That's okay.There's plenty of time during the day where you can keep yourself strapped. I never wore ace just sleep, but I used it every hour.I was awake and not training

Hi brother. Mind providing the estimated "low tension" you use? Just the closest estimate value you believe you're using. Most brothers may be asking, "What are low, medium, and high tensions are they talking about?" when they read our journals. Let's give them something to chew on.

I haven't really touched the hand screws yet. And as far as I understand it that's what is adding the tension. Also, it still is a bit of a mystery to me still, because 1) I always forget what direction I have to turn them and 2) the amount of tension I'm using. I think the StealthExtender has about 7-8kg of tension it can generate, but so far I haven't found a way to measure that.

I'm currently adding some water-based lube to ym glans before when using the vacuum bell for the ADS. Now I'm wondering if a regular oil based one or silicon would be better. Does it even matter? Or could an oil based damage the parts in some way?
 
If you are using silicone sleeves, food grade silicone is better. If you don't care since the sleeves you are using may be cheap to purchase, any skin safe oil is fine. A little goes a long way, so don't over apply.
 
In a Bathmate, different options are used, but make sure to clean up the residue after each use very well, or risk component failures.

Bathmate/silicone sleeve:
Vaseline
Food grade silicone gel/oil
Food grade mineral oil
Standard oil (cooking/jojoba/argon/etc). Not recommended, but usable.
Lotions: nope.

A warning though, using Vaseline and mineral oil on the sleeve will break down the silicone component very fast. However, silicone sleeves can be purchased in large quantity for cheap. Can't say the same for the SiliSleevs as the sleeves are formulated differently than the common ones from China. I have both. The ones from China tends to have more flexibility, but breaks down much faster than the SiliSleevs. You just have to track the good ones down that don't break apart using lubes.

Yeah i noticed that. The lifetime of at least one MOS Sleeve was about 1 month. While a cheap/cheaper one broke after a week. But the cost is adding up, either way.

And while I'm at it: I noticed when I use a smaller sleeve (18-20mm wide) I get a good vacuum with the cup, or at least a better one, still wouldn't hang with that, and I have to repump after 10-30minutes. I tried warpping with the theraband before which does work sometimes, but is rather tricky, since when it is moves it can create more issues than it solves. I saw some silicon rings made for just below the head/foreskin to move it back. Maybe those could help, will give it a try- Although I'm a bit worried about its behavior inside the vacuum. Now, like I already mentioned I got circumcised but there is still some skin when flaccid covering the glans

Water based lube uses acid-based adjuster for preservation. That acid concentration, although it's only around 5.8 to 6.2, eats away thin plastics very fast. This is why MoS product increase the thickness formulation on the sleeves, but the downside side that the creasing and folding can cause the plastic break easily. Fingernails and sharp edges can also cut into the materials very quickly as well.

For me, I use the SiliSleev outside when the body of the sleeve is always straight. I use the cheaper ones inside since I can fold and roll without the worry of the sleeve's body thickness causing minor cracks.

Try the combination of Theraband inside bulk wrap and a small light wrap below the bulk outside to keep a pressure seal all the time. Something like a quick band-aid wrap. Try it at home first before trying it on-the-go.

As for the silicone rings below the base, only try it at home while doing your chores to test out the efficacy of the approach. The pressure will remain the same, but the slippage of the ring can cause discomfort.

Worst case scenario, MoS shop does sell a traction powder that I formulated for a few brothers in the past with higher traction. I don't recommend using it long run, but in a short run, that sticky powder works wonder.

I formulate my own since the 30:70 ratio is not sticky enough for me. Mine is 40:60 and 50:50. It can be quite sticky. Not good if it goes into under your skin from skin breakage.

Not too many people order that. But I can say it's incredibly strong. As far as grip goes and it will last you a year at least.

I got two of those, one I ordered and another came with the StealthExtender, so far haven't used it yet, since I'd do my stretches with the LM. Although I might could try it with DLD Blasters next time, since I use the PA with that.

Also, I looked at the video again you provided for the wrapping, and I think my theraband may be the issue. Yours looks like it was cut to size, while I simply use the one that came with the old LM

I played around with the vacuum cups again yesterday. I tried two of the SizeDoctor Grey Sleeves + one and eeven two sleeves for a better vacuum, and the ACE Wrap as well, tape around where the cup and sleeve are to seal it. But no, I cannot get a good vacuum for the life of me.

I'll try cutting the theraband next, but at this point I'm pretty much out of options.
