When I do these, every time I get like what only I can describe is white looking veins, at first I thought they were just creases but actually looks like veins, normal?
As long as you dont feel sharp pain and odd deformations during the course of routine, you are doing okay, what you see might be stretched skin, I too have white lines across my dick because of work you are putting him into especially if you use bundle stretches, they dissapear eventually...

This is a repost from a thread that was deleted and I could not retrieve so I want to take this opportunity to be as clear as possible with the description of it as I feel nothing has trained GIRTH better for me than this exercise.

MENTAL STATE:
Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good �naked people movies� on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

Self research and experimentation are so important to learning what works best for any individual. What may cause one man retention under 10 minutes of BathMate use may not effect a different man who can go 30 minutes without retention. When there is retention it is important to combat it using the SRT method of the SlowSquashJelq, which helps to disperse retention evenly along the shaft. Most men start to take on retention at the 5 minute mark under full intensity and this is the main reason SRT dictates sets of 5 minutes of BathMate at full intensity followed by 5 minutes of SSJ's. (the 5x5x3 routine) This brings the best expansion with minimal, if any retention. Again, even here, experimentation is important. Some men can go longer in the BathMate than others so some men may make up the SRT routine as 10x10x3. What is most important in all exercise is learning your limits and finding creative ways to go beyond these limits. It takes time, patience and a ton of motivation.
looks like I may wanna try out viagra. i've been experimenting with slow squash jelp but noticed that it's the area directly below the gland that gets worked the most instead of the entire shaft evenly. base shaft don't get hit, especially with the right side. whenever i do slow squash jelq, I like to clamp the base to retain as much erection as I can. then i push down the clampt the way people measure their BPEL so that the inner dick comes out. biggest challenge is to keep this inner dick (base) as hard as I'd love to. & for some weird reasons, doesn't matter how I adjust, whenever I pump, it always seems that my left penis gain more mid & base girth while the right stays pretty much the same. it's such a funny & weird phenomenon LOL.

when doing slow squash jelq, it mainly hits the area circled in yellow (a little bit in left base), hence you can see more swelling & reddishness. compared to areas outside & below the yellow area, it's mostly water retention. the blue area is where i struggled for months after experimentations & experimentations of different angles but there's always a concave highlighted in blue, which becomes even obvious when i pushed down the clamp & my dick's fully errect. if i wear a cock ring for long enough, the direct opposite of the blue concaved part, which is the left of the base will swell (a little bit of growth besides water retention), but not the blue concaved part. the blue part's all gonna be water even when it swell more. this is so odd.

The thing with DVT is that you do not even have to know you have it, before it's to late. The thing with DVT is that you do not even have to know you have it, before it's to late. Blood cagulate inside your deep vains, and before you know it, a big chunk of it dislodge and travels up to your heart, brain and lungs...

yes but i got no choice previously as the idea of viagra hasn't came to my mind before this. no way i can retain full erection consistently without clamp for ssj

Is anybody able to assist me with more information (demonstrations of any kind) because I just don't understand the directions based on the description only.
