Last Update : it took me 2 ties and 2 weeks to achieve this. The end result is amazing. It wouldn't have looked this good even if the best surgeon in the world did frenuloplasty on me. Frenulum tying is the holy grail.! And I heal faster as well so its all done for me. The freedom my dick gained is amazing and full. I couldn't have gained even 0.5 cm more. This is the max for me. The head is not bending anymore. Now I have the best of both worlds (circumcised and uncircumcised).
Just one thing. Even though I am already healed and can masturbate now, I am not gonna have sex for at least a month ! Its healed but its not fully healed. The stress on the operated area will be insane while having sex so I'll just wait and masturbate carefully for a month. After that when it becomes just as flexible and strong as the nearby skin, sex will start.
So here's my final suggestion : Don't go ripping your dick apart as soon as the outer skin heals, let it take its time to fully heal before you put stress on the operated area.

Frenulum tying gives basically the same result as frenuloplasty. If you are uncircumcised and have short frenulum which bends your penis head when you retract your foreskin, frenulum tying can definitely make your situation better and possibly solve that problem. Its called frenulum breve as well and frenulum tying can solve it.
After that process, you gain the same amount of length your penis head bends and takes away. So yeah, It definitely helps with PE since you do gain the length you already had but couldn't use.
And once its all done and healed, you'll have a penis which will be same as a circumcized penis but with foreskin. No frenulum stopping your penis movements and you from cleaning your penis. I hope I answered your question. Hehe. Next time, do mention your situation while asking a question related to it. We'll be able to answer and suggest you better. It's very important to find the proper path for PE. One wrong step and you might lose your penis for good (jk.lol).
On a serious note, please don't try frenulum tying just for PE or for fun. Its an operation and you are both the operator and patient. It has its risks like infection and your dick might fall (ok jk again. Maybe? idk, mine is fine). Research, ask questions with details and then decide what you wanna do. MOS does have many nice things for PE in store.

If by hardcore you mean operating on your one of the most important part of body by yourself just for PE, sure. Go for it. Just think really carefully because unlike PE exercises, frenulum tying can get bloody really fast.
Be extremely careful using every precaution learned in this thread if you were going to tie your frenulum. As above, you do not want to put your penis in jeopardy.

First of all: i am so freaking grateful for you all! I just did my first tying 5 minutes ago and I’m so freaking happy! I’m an 22 year old boy (yes i’m referring myself as a boy because i still act like a 15 year old sometimes?) whom has struggled with his little fellow since his 15th year. I always knew something wasn’t “right” with my dick, but I never knew what. The same and embarrassment i’ve felt when i couldn’t get my foreskin all the way back. And when I finally could after weeks of practice, it wasn’t really nice.. so i stopped trying to get comfortable with my dick being exposed till a week ago. I’ve searched on the web for people with similar problems and then (thank God) i ended up on this thread! I have read all comments and was very interested, though my first intention was to just cut my frenulum with a pair of small scissor, but after reading all your positive experiences with tying I decided that would be my way to go, and so I did? it was really stressful and scary, NGL and it took me a damn while (30 minutes) but it finally happened. It didn’t hurt at all, though seeing the needle going through the Fren was traumatizing at first lmao? I got kinda scared but when i realized that it was done i was getting a rush of joy, and now i’m so proud that i finally did it! Hopefully within a weak I will be freed from my insecurities regarding my dick? so again, thank you all for being so open over everything. Not all heroes wear capes!
Also i wanted to ask if I may join the Flickr group of Jan, would be awesome to see everyones results? my name is RaiderD

Thank you for stepping forward! I am not sure if that Flickr group is active anymore, the creator hasn't been active here on MoS for several years. Best bet would be trying to be active in Flickr, if there's a private messaging system.

PS. @Schembrig , I haven't seen a video around. But I think one can gather a good idea of the process by reading. Visualize. Use a spare piece of leather to train the piercing and movement of the needle.
Take your time. You can get your frenulum cut / "modified" at the doctor's appointment as well, although there might (likely could) be more scarring when a cut is made. (As it's sudden compared to the thread breaking the skin.)

I guess I was very lucky. I had surgery in 1999 for varicocele. When Dr. went to check me out next day, he told me "I also got rid of your frenulum for free during the surgery because I noticed it was too tight on you"
For a long time, years, I questioned if maybe that made me lose sensitivity since I suffer from delayed ejaculation, but in the recent years I have realized that all the hard PE work that I do could not be easily done having the frenulum there. And for sure it would have become a limiting factor down the road.

I ran into this community a few days ago and I didn't know anything about this "tying technique".
I have a short and quite tick frenulum, that bothers me a lot.
I thought I would give it a shot.
I found it very difficult to find a spot that was not vascularized and was close enough to the shaft, but I think i got it.
I posted 2 pics before and 1 right after the piercing.
I used solid dental floss thread. No pain whatsoever and not a single drop of blood.
Now let's see what's gonna happen.

A couple of days ago I removed the 'dental floss' after just a week. The result is good. The cut is about 1/10th of an inch long and now I get more room when I pull the frenulum with my fingers. That allowed me to pierce it again, even closed to the shaft, where I couldn't go before.
I repeated the process and I went at least 3mm lower. I hope to extent the cut further.
See the tips of the two arrows. The one pointing up shows there i pierced the frenulum, and the other arrow where the triple knot is.
I'll repeat the process until i reach the bottom of the shaft if necessary.
See you again in a week or so.

Sounds good. It appears that your penis is becoming much more straight at the head, are you noticing this?
People are becoming better and better at frenulum tying! When this started I never knew it would go this far, I’m very very impressed.
I did the same way 40 years ago ! With a great result. I post a picture of my penis now, 40 years later. Frenulum tying gave a really full foreskin retractation and there is no scar at all. When I did it, as Itntied said, there was no blood and no pain at all, and I encourage guys to do that if frenulum is too short or incomfortable. View attachment 1821997
