been doing the slammers, now every other day, like 15 reps, I noticed that the top of ligs near the base, feels a little weak and sore, my erection is definetely a bit longer, a tad thicker, but looser. The spot where I grab and squeeze on the uli's is the sore part, I'm squeezing pretty hard, do you think the weakness might be too many sets and/or too strong a grip? Otherwise I love the exercise and feel like it's working. Any suggestions?
 
I have been doing these about 5 times a day and let me tell you this shit is of tha hook! Man supra you have really inspired me to hit the infamous 8x6. I have also been thinking about the cAMP and NO issues. Now if this exercise does increase those levels, and theres no doubt in my mind that it does, those that are at a plateau could break it easily with this! you should change it to "Supra's plateau breaker/slammer/wow my dick is bigger" exercise. I suggest to all you lurkers and posters with a plateau to go head first :p into this exercise. Man supra! your 1jzgte has got me goin!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
 
ok..I tried this...but I can only get 1 rep out... meaning....I cant get myself to the point where I want to cum again for the second time.
How the hell are you guys doing this thing 10 times?
 
I'm still 18 and still in my prime so I hjave no problem getting it up for a few other reps. But if you have problems I suggest you get yourself a dvd called Ulitimate Kira. Its Kira Kener at her best. As for your question ApO, no, this exercise is all hands baby! :D

Sometimes I can only get to 5, with all htat cAMP in the penis, when I am holding the Uli after I edge, I want to come so bad. You really got to watch yourself
 
Is this an advance technique? I am a newcomer and do Phase 1 exercises now, when can I start Supra's technique? After a month is ok?

I use a cable clamp when doing these, HOLY SHIT, what a session ... if ya LOVE ya cable work than try it with these.

Doesn’t the cable clamp prevent fresh blood (and cAMP) coming into your penis tissue. I thought this was the intension of this Slammer exercise.

Whenever I clamped, I edged to max erection, then put the clamp on. I suppose this would be better than putting it on with a semi or something. Not sure, I'll let him answer.

You will not get the cAMP in the penis if you use a cable clamp. You are defeting the purpose of this exercises if you use a cable clamp.

The reason is First if you put the cable clamp on after you do the edge while you are holding the uli you and then transfer to the jelq after the uli, you cannot get any additional cAMP in to the peis while you jelq to the head from kegeling.

Second, when you uise the cable clamp you are unable to to get a proper ballon and egde again after you repete the exercises unless you take it back off and so forth. I tried this with the cable clamp and was just not happy with the use of doing it, taking it on and off, worring about pinching and worry about blood flow, I could not keep it hard casue I was worried about everything but that.

I made this exercise to be a totall 100% device free exercise that way everyone could recieve maximum benifit from it, with out having to use other things.
 
supra i jus did a half an hour of slammers then at the end i blow my load by accident, does this negate my workout?
