Hey,
Try to cause pressure on the underside of your penis (corpus-spungiosum) and not just the side's (corpus-cavernasum). I notice that on myself, if I don't cause any pressure on the underside of my penis, then I don't get a very good pressure build-up... So basically, any squezze's/jelq's I do, I make sure there is equal pressure all around the penis (side's and bottom) and the pressure build's up so great that I have to be carefull so I don't injure myself.
Try it out and let me know how it work's.
