This an internet forum, (message board) for online discussion(s) where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages not a Customer Service Website for knowing if your Product(s) you ordered have been shipped or not. That's what email is for. DLD was kind enough to let you guys in on what was happening, he doesn't handle shipping orders. This product (Lengthmaster) comes from China and uncontrollable delays happens. This isn't a perfect world, sometimes (rare cases) you'll have to wait 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive at your doorstep. It will eventually arrive and it's worth the wait...

Send an email to [B]support@mattersofsize.com[/B] along with your Order Number so it will go directly to the proper Department. That's what DLD will tell you to do anyway.

This is the length master official order thread I think your post was the one that didn't belong. I bought the item from this website and paid I'm guessing dld for his creation, we(the customer) aren't privy to where it comes from and also have every right to ask or be upset by MAJOR delays. Kind would be not taking my money unless the product is ready to be shipped but thanks for that email tip, I'll go through that, maybe they'll be kind enough to actually send the damn thing.

Lighten up, relax and smile. Your LM will arrive and is well worth the wait! The intensity is insane so get ready. In the meantime, get yourself a piece of PVC pipe, place it across your knees a do sets of A-stretches.

The LengthMaster is EXTREMELY popular and we had a few issues on the last order that made our usual shipping time stall. These things are out of my hands and I can do nothing about it. The new orders came in yesterday and I assume He has been shipping them today (I will have to check). The demand on the LengthMaster has exceeded the supply. The change is material (using a much stronger substrate) and the sickness of our delivering manager all made these delays. I am very honorable and you will get your order but understand that I can only have so much control when situation like this arise. What I can say it is worth the wait, and the Brother who said he was going to cancel, that is fine there are many men that would kill to have your order spot. The LengthMaster is worth the wait!
