I've had a PF for a bit. And did manual before that. Only really been working on length since Summer(very lazily).
This looks... pretty awesome. The thing about the PF is that I feel like it does more to prevent a loss of gains, than actually making gains. I don't seem to see much results when I use it without manual stretches. This
Lengthmaster looks intense. And potentially time efficient. I just wonder if I can actually handle it. That dude in the slutload example twisting it around twice in a row before stretching literally made me wince. I'd been thinking about hanging soon anyway. It would be nice to have an all-in one. And I like the look of hanging with this a lot over using a glans hanger(that always looked painful and potentially dangerous to me).
Is there an upper limit on how much weight can be hung?
I'm going to think about it, and read some more. But this seems like a really good item. Maybe the one I should have picked up first.
