DLD, have you noticed that regular girth exercises like ULI's and various squeezes create more depth than width? I was thinking that, uneven gains indicates that some areas of the tunica are being stressed more than others. By working width then, you should be stretching some relatively unworked areas of the penis. Seems to me that this leaves alot of potential for extra girth, or maybe I'm just dreaming LOL

This is not a dream and it is very much based in reality. The penis can become very deep with girth but still lack width increase. This will result in good girth with less than impressive visual gains, unless seen from the side. In order to increase width it needs to be isolated. Although not the longest penis in the ���� world, Shane from BangBoat has such incredible width his penis looks evil. I still include these exercises in my girth sessions.

DLD Bends
Step One:
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand .

Step Two:
With other hand grab penis just below the head. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis.

Step Three:
Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between
the hands in a slinky type movement.

SUPenis EnlargementR-SET with

TOILET COMPRESSION SQUEEZES:
With an 80-90% erection in a seated on the rim of the toilet (Seat Up) Flatten your penis against the rim. Start at the base and work up to just below the head. Imagine your penis has 3 separate segments, the lower, the mid and the upper. Each segment should be flattened for 30 seconds.

Complete 10 Super-Sets



I am looking at my new routine as 3 areas of training:

1. GIRTH every other day
2. LENGTH every day
3. WIDTH every day (Sun. off)
I do all length first thing in the morning.
I train GIRTH and WIDTH in the late afternoon

Monday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
Complete: GIRTH BUSTERS/WIDTH EXPANSION

Tuesday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches

hey anyone know the exact measurement of a toilet roll? I think its 5.5 yeah?

Today I measured, after about a few weeks doing girth work and width expansion. I am at 6.2 now. Why is it so much easier to increase girth than length? At least for me anyways.

Yup, a standard toilet paper roll or paper towel roll is about 5.5 inches...I know I measured:) I am just the opposite, it is much easier to gain length than girth. My girth is awesome but I would like another 1/2". Length I could gain all day long. What is your secret?

It's strange too as my girth work is very, very intense. Today I am happy with my girth and I think I settled into about 6" girth. When I stopped doing Penis Enlargement on a regular basis my girth was closer to 6.5. I lost a bit but coming from a 4.74" start I am very happy. I noticed a great expansion when I developed SLOW SQUASH JELQS, they just did the job. Although I gained quite a bit up to the time I started doing SSJ's (about an 1/2 inch) it took quite a while. That extra 1" I wanted only came when I started doing SSJ's.
 
No secret really, I mean Ive only been doing what youve tellin us to do DLD.

I do the isolated compression squeezes, and just pump the shit out of my PC muscle at the same time and I get to see all my vains on my shaft which is awesome but also telling me I am doing it correctly.

The Bends have really up'ed my width as well...I am at 2 inches now. I dont know I wish I could gain length as fast as I do girth and width...Length is what I need right now...Any tips or suggestions?

Well you seem to have the exact opposite problem as what most pe'ers do, girth instead of length. I gain length like nothing but girth was always a challenge for me, that is why you see so many "extreme" girth exercises and workouts I have created. I needed to bring my girth workouts to an extreme level to gain girth but once I did it finally appeared. Length, to me, was easy. I think beyond the basic stretching exercises, DLD Blasters is what really gave me incredible gains in length. Since then there has been many other length exercises that myself and others have created. I think, besides Blasters, the 2 exercises that really pack on length are Sock Stretches and any of the Power Assist Exercises. Fulcrum in length is so important, especially when you become stagnant on basic stretches. Check those exercises out and I am sure you will find some real potential.
 
personally I'm looking to add another inch to my girth looks kinda impossible at this point tho.....

If you think it is impossible it is. Don't put so much thought into the process. Penis Enlargement is very basic and enlargement, with a positive frame of mind, is quite easy. I think a large portion of why men have problems gaining is because of the beliefs they subscribe to. Relax, understand that if you train it will happen and allow it to happen.
 
this thread seemed to go under for 4 years, was it not as permanently effective as originally thought?
 
Yeah I just saw it crop up and I am curious about this stuff. Also curious about the guy who says he has no trouble gaining girth. I'd trade some lenght for girth any day.

I will have to try these out.

WeLL, I guys who have short fat dicks always find it easier to gain girth and guys with long dicks always find it easier to gain length, why? i dont know but i suspect its got to do with the bodies memmory, i mean you can diet and lose 60 pounds but if ya start eating just a little carbs it all comes back.

I think, according to the elastic theory and length of a stretchable body, a longer penis will stretch more easily due to it's beginning length. If you think about a rubber band, a short one is more difficult to deform than a longer one. The same applies to the penis. Girth is a bit more difficult to apprehend. I think, since a shorter fatter penis has less area to occupy blood and a more dense area of space, it can become thicker more easily than a longer, less girthy penis.
 
For the bends, I'm assuming you're arching the grip under head forward and not toward yourself? And how do you roll the blood between hands in a slinky type movement, like how exactly are you moving your hands and penis specifically? Just need a better idea to experiment properly.

And for the compression squeezes, I understand the flattening each segment for 30 seconds or more part, but how exactly are the compression squeezes done, and is it a compression plus a squeeze or is it one thing, meaning by squeeze are you kegeling while compressing with the hand and is the hand horizontal or vertical? And specifically are you talking about applying pressure with fingers, which finger or fingers or is it the heel of the hand or even in a fist-form with knuckles down on those segments?

Also are you still doing these routinely or a different width exercise that you find is better or at least just as creative while producing great results?

Yes, it is like a slinky where there is a slight arch that you will be compressing against.

You will want to use the heal of your hand as this will cover more territory than fingers. Some may do this in segments but it would depend on how much hand breadth you have and how long you are.

I swapped out both of these exercises for the Slow Squash Jelq, it is like all the best girth exercises in one exercise.
