oh, c'mon cut me some slack here. How should I've known, that you have the time to PE the whole freakin day??? If you really somehow work girth the whole day (or at least for many hours a day) and thus maintain an erection for that amount of time, this equals some kind of priapism. I'm wondering then what other kind of medication you use to induce that effect. There's guy here who experimented with chemically induced priapism (88man is his name), but without that? Can't be the testo pills and vitamins alone. So I'd be interested in what you do to get in such ridiculously long girth workouts.

And yes: pics would be interesting as well.
 
For most of the workout im clamped. Probably 70% of the day. Either with a cock ring or cable clamp. In between i ssj and do a workout like the toliet compress but i dont use the toliet. Far as chemicals no i ant used none. Ive done my research trust me. I make new exercises.
 
Then it would be very informative if you could share your wisdom with us and you claim would have also struck me as more credible in the first place. If someone claims to gain an inch of girth (!) in 2 months without any substantial background specifics on the extraordinary methods that are able to produce such extraordinary results and just limits his explanations to the simple enumeration of the more or less basic stuff (i.e. clamping, ring, ssj etc.), that doesn't do very much to convince me. I'm sure you can relate to that.

That said, I strongly believe that clamping alone (be it with a ring or a cable clamp) is the most effective way to gain girth due to the continuous expansion, but even with a clamp or a ring you'll lose your erection unless you constantly stimulate yourself somehow (or use chemicals). So, I figure you do that more or less all day long? And how can you stay in an intensely clamped state for such a long time without causing severe injuries like necrosis? How's your EQ after a day like that in general?
 
Because ive been peing since 1999. Far as any injuries. Learn your body,know your limits. Ive spent alot of time with exercising, my wife left me cause i was so deacaded. But i dont come on here trying to impress no one, or claim anything thats faults. Ive been on my girth since 2011. I know what works and what dont.
But i see where your coming from but measurements dont lie. Like you said SRT clamped all day . Soon as i learn to up load pics ill show you.
 
Oh my eq is bout 90% at end of day. Then back to 100% next morning. Im not new to this. Far as keeping a erection all day no if you stay semi hard while clamped you will gain girth. Along with other exercises.

This is true, if you remain committed and determined there is no way you can fail. PE works for all men who put in the effort.

Did today 7 super sets as described.Will check again if I miss something.Will play and experiment with intensity, time and methods for applying presure.I was very happy with the results.My front view was visibly wider, which was very cool.Although I didnt achieve 0.25 " width.As I said I need to experiment.My overall girth increase was around 0.25" - 0.3 ".And the best thing was that there wasnt any fluid build up.It was all expansion from the chambers.The future is a bright :)) Great exercises DLD
 
These are some crazy exercises. I’m not to this level yet however... I know there is also some stuff out there using a rolling pin, same concept!

So freaking glad someone if using this exercise and proving it works! I invented over a decade ago and people have not taken it up. So happy your are using and seeing results.
