Your video on SSJ is great. On another note, have you ever done any choking exercises or anything similar, such as getting 80-100% erected, then wrapping both hands, one over the other and choking the erection with great intensity, I just started experimenting with this and I get a larger overall size temporarily while doing it and also during resting state. It's just that I don't think it's much of a blood-trapper or maybe it is because of 10 fingers + heel & palm compression? It's also a feel-good exercise.

Any expansion is good expansion. Experimenting is a good thing to do as this is where new exercises are learned. I spent my entire 12 years in PE working to find new and better ways to enlarge...today I have invented 100's of exercises that are used all over the world and this was through the desperation to find faster methods.
 
Ive been working on width also. I have been useing a extender and while stretched in it i place a covered piece of wood under my shaft. It flattens the shaft and i wrap a ace bandage around it. I leave it for the entire 5 to 6 hours. Ive gained bout .5 inches of width in a month. I also do the ssj after im done and before i start. DLD id like to know what you think of this exercise.

Wow! That's some width gains!! Congratulations mate! Also, if you are intereseted- here is by far the most powerful girth (width) exercise, but be careful as it is the most dangerous PE exercise I know of! :) Just take a look. :)

Wow, what I think? AMAZING! 1/2" gain in width is a huge accomplishment! Can you explain the set up better for me so I can try too?
 
Ok heres my width routine. This is what ive been working on for a month. It may need tweaked hoping DLD could help. Ok i warm up for 10 mins, then i do ssj's for 20 to 25 minutes, then i put my extender on, i dont extend it as far as i can go cause there will be pressure trust me.
First i used a few round wooden dial,wrapped it with a cut ace bandage. Make sure you can move your shaft up and down some and slide one of the wooden dials under your shaft , resting on the sides of the exdender.
After you have gotten all the dials in under your shaft you will see and feel the pressure. After that take a ace bandage and wrap up your whole shaft and extender. Your shaft should be wide. You can even get semi hard and put a clamp on then do the extender exercise. After about 4 to 5 hours i take it off do a good warm down then a few jelqs and ssj for another 25 minutes. Then warm down again and put on the ring of power for coulpe hours.
Starting out you may have to take it off every hour and warm it back up or do some jelqs. But thats been my width routine for the past month.
 
Im starting another experiment DLD at the end of the month. Its called hanging for width.

The hanging for width is going to be simple at first. Hanging your shaft over a pole like a boom stick. Ive made my set up already just waiting till im done with my " extender for width " routine. It is just like a stretch over your wrist. But with weights and a pole, moving your shaft on the pole. Thats a lay out ive not done it yet but cant wait. Thanks ill keep everyone posted

Like using a fulcrum?
 
as i have thought about this more you are basically flattening the flaccid the penis while hanging, correct? so just like a fulcrum like zam said? i don't believe this will work for increasing girth. it will due a good job of breaking down the tunica and allowing for length gains mostly. need to erect for girth gains and i dont think that will be possible with this exercise. i am going to continue to think about this a bit

edit: i just went back and read you gained .5" in width. did you measure girth of your penis before trying this training method?

Just like the extender i did it flaccid after ssj to keep the width. I also did it semi erect and it keeps the width after ssj's.
I will start the hanging for width bout the middle of december.
 
Yes my girth is 5.9 width is 2.4 and take in to notes my cs does not get hard. My cs and my head stay pretty soft so width is what im trying to gain as of alot of guys gain girth from the cs getting bigger.
 
Oh sorry before my width was 1.9 and actually i think ive got another .2 since ive started it. Probably not cemented yet but im working on that. Thanks for the input and interest on it youknowme123321.

so your beginning width was 1.9" and now it is 2.4"? or 2.1"?
 
how do the ladies like the wdith being 2.4 mine is 2.1biggestwiidth, smallest width 1.85 uneven dick width but same girth all around
