This morning I didn't wake up with a raging boner so I'm using today as a cool day and only do a few manual twists throughout the day. No sleeve as well so my skin can relax. I'll see how I feel tonight for a hang if not, just manuals.

Nothing this morning since I had to take the car in for a recall. Had my sleeve on all morning though.

runningignus;662695 said:Last night I got in one set of 20 min hanging 20lbs. Then I said f-it and threw the 45lb on and God almighty, it felt fucking great. Such a great pull all over and inside. This time, I was able to get 1 minute holds with the plate. I'm ecstatic. I lifted it for 1 minute than lowered it but didn't let all the weight get off. I did this for 15 min until it got to be too much and then I threw the 20lb back on for 10 more minutes. I followed that with 10 min of edging and threw my sleeve on. Needless to say, I'm feeling good about myself.
