On my phone no. But if I switch my phone to desktop mode, it shows fine. On the computer it's fine. Like I said, it loads much faster not loading images on my phone but I don't mind switching modes. Plus, it helps when I'm in a group and I don't need them to see what I'm learning lol

25 min of hanging last night. Used a 20lb and let that swing around for an all around stretch. I spent all day in the silicone sleeve and did mandingo twist stretches off and on until I hung at night to keep a malleable state.

Woke up hard as a rock this morning, so I did erect bends and pulls trying to pull out the inner Penis for 10 min. Followed that with 15 min of hanging again.

Yes. Fulfilling goals in my life. Removed the negative problems and began to turn things around. I am more self aware and stronger for that. My kids are my highest priority and we've all grown close. I've been given more free time so I'm reaching for a goal that I have not yet reached. I will give it my last and best efforts to reach it. Even if I do not make it, I will still be happy knowing I tried. No not really. I figured I wouldn't have a rager cuz I could feel it in my ligs and deep inside. I don't wanna jump in to quick and hurt myself or get turned off again cuz it's taking up to much of my time as before. I know what I want and how to get it. This time I'm able to prioritize my goals in life and now I can include my love of PE. I'm smarter than I was last time. I will go hard every day that I can unless the fatigue is to much. I'll ride the fatigue like a Asian schoolgirl. I'm very excited of my new goals and my new adventure.

Got in 2 sets of hanging with 20 lbs and then 10 min using the 45 pounder as a stretch, relax, stretch relax etc. Felt great. Nothing this morning though. Working out exhausted me.
 
Fatigue from hanging. I haven't hung in almost 2 years. My body won't jump right back in but it still remembers where it was though. I also workout right after work. I messed my knee up bad when I tripped and landed on a rock in February. I haven't worked out until this week, so my body has to get accustomed to everything.

I use the boner theory as a Fatigue reference. If i wake up hard, I can train hard, wake up soft, I train lighter. It's a point of reference that tends to work well for many people. You'll be able to know if you'll have one or not and sometimes your body surprises you. You get these things when you have more time under your belt. Train smart then train hard brother.

But how do you encourage morning wood is what I was trying to find out sun.
 
Haha that's your body's decision man. Girth work usually drops boner-ability. But as you see, everybody is different. Hanging always gives me ragers, then it stops if I do to much. It's pretty much hit or miss man. Do your kegels all day, get your PE done and stay positive and horny. If I don't jack it for a day or 2, I can't roll over in bed. The tightness and soreness is via your dick wanting to be at that new stage of growth but the tunica, skin or etc., is holding it back and then you get that hurt feeling going. The tunica tends to be the limiting factor. Don't jerk it for a few days and you'll see you get one almost every morning. But who wants to do that lol.

Morning wood either happen or not. I rarely wake with an erection, when I do I post it but it is rare. This is the case for many men. Morning wood does give a good indication that you are good for some more girth work. The only thing that would effect morning erections in the sense that they would happen consistently would be take some Viagra half way through the night and you will wake with an erection daily, weekly, monthly and yearly:)
 
Can't consider the viagra, the prices on Aren't up and the amount you get went down to much. Used to be 80+80 but then they see how good it got and now you get like 20 or something. I know splitting them saves more but my body needs a whole pill with all the supps I take. I burn through a half pill in 15 min. I can get in 2 orgasms in that time. It's the exact same if I don't use it, just that shorter refractory period. Only like a minute but if I keep up with my PE, it's the same. I choose not to use it since I really don't need it. 1 set at 20lbs for 20 min and then 1 set with the 45 lbs doing raises followed by 10 min with the 20 lb. I did as many mandingo stretches for the tunica as I could throughout the day to stay extended with my sleeve on all day as well.
To tired from squats to do anything this morning.

I woke up with half wood, I feel half good :) I guess this is good news since my libido has been waning. Last night I was able to get a massive erection which also increased my confidence in my libido issues. With how you are training I might suggest a peak through this thread: Pyramid Hanging Sets....they are kind of like what you are doing but in reverse. It may make sense to use lower to higher weight and then higher to lower on an every other day basis. There is also some additions to that link.
 
And if that doesn't work you can stretch your scrotum to where it looks like a bat wing, and just fly off.

This time, I was able to get 1 minute holds with the plate. I'm ecstatic. I lifted it for 1 minute than lowered it but didn't let all the weight get off. I did this for 15 min until it got to be too much and then I threw the 20lb back on for 10 more minutes. I followed that with 10 min of edging and threw my sleeve on. Needless to say, I'm feeling good about myself.

I felt fine twisting with the 20lb. Not so much with the 45. Not yet at least and I need to hold it for longer than a minute. Then I will do the twist lol 😁

Mine isn't too accustomed to it so I'm gonna stop using the 45lb and just keep adding weight until I can use it. I'm glad I'm starting at 20lbs where I left off. I'll be adding 2.5lbs tomorrow night already. I'm glad I'm moving up already.

20 pounds is a killer weight against a Bundle. I would do these first in your routine for a few minutes, in both directions to really loosen up the Tunica.
