I got mine from newbie gains. I did a simple stretching and jelqing routine for a year straight. Like 20 minutes a day with rotating off days, i.e., 1 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off, randomized. Lengthmaster[/words] that I use to hang, started at 15 lbs and made it to 40 lbs but stopped due to time constraints, but still do stretches with it. I believe in doing something worthwhile everyday, my rest is when in the PF.
I gained using my hands only, like DLD, but time, moving around and patience went away as I got older, having to involve tools of the trade to make up for time with quality stretching.
Long winded but you can see, hard work will always pay off. If it didn't, re-evaluate and do it again. There is always time, it's just whether or not we use it. I'd be 7.5-8 inches by now haha, but I'm ok. I know I can gain more. You will to.
