woke up earlier than usual and did 1 set of basic stretching and 10 min of very slow and good jelqs.

Of course I`ll do the full routine later on the day.

Me too :) i did a lot of slow jelqs today. Love the feeling after finishing my session.

didn`t pe much today because i`m a little depressed. Today my gf came by and during foreplay my parents came in the house (not big deal- my door was locked) but she asked to stop and wait for them to leave. I was doing good, relaxed, and knew I was going to perform well but when we started again some hours later I was nervous and just couldn`t get hard enough for intercourse. Today was the day I was going to put in practice all the advice given to me from the people on the forum about performance. The interruption got my mind going and worrying for some reason. =/

6 days away from my new measurements. I think there will be some very slight gain in lenght, but not in girth. I`ve been doing only jelqs and SSJs lately. If I gain 1/8 in girth I`ll be very happy.

Hmm, I thought you could edit your own posts... I would have just appended my last one but here ya go.

I read through your progress Dorsay. If you are still feeling like the length gains aren't coming as expected, consider adding more stretching sessions through out the day. During lunch, take 30 mins to do some manual stretching in the men's room. It's tough to warm up but just take it easy and pick up the tension. Also add another stretching session in the evening before your girth work. Fedora's progress thread, he did a lot of these multi sessions. He would wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on/off for an hour at a time but also do manual stretching before each time. Give this a try before switching up to some hardcore stretch exercises so you can milk these for everything they will give. I'm in the same boat and have been really tempted to step up on the DLD blasters. But I think I can extend the stretching time, increase the frequency, and the intensity with the basic stretches and make gains from it.

Thanks for the advice mate, I`ll try to do a few sets during after lunch in the men`s bathroom.

I can` hold my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for very long, usually 30-50 secs
 
I'm glad to hear you will try the extra sets. I bookmarked your thread and plan to continue following.

I used to have a hard time with getting longer SSJs too. Making a tighter clamping grip helped there. You can squeeze that base down the to size of your pinky finger and keep all the blood at an erection level for longer SSJs or even a 10min hand clamp sessions.

I`m glad to have you following man. My hand hurts also after some time squeezing the base.

Sounds like your hands will be getting stronger.

Do you have your pubic hair shaved or trimed? I know it's time for a shave when I'm losing my seal.
