I've just started but it stretches to the same length with alot less of a fight and you can hold it for the same amount of time without the same amount of force being used. If thats good or bad I dont know.

Yea I think gold member was talking to the guy about it. He said after a week he could stretch himself to 1-2" over his flaccid state. If you just grip your penis at the top while flaccid and slowly move it outwards with your whole body relaxed and your eyes close you can usually stretch it to 1/4th" over the normal flaccid state I've found and holding it there really isn't a problem but you can still feel the tug at the base of your penis. Its pretty relaxing and easy to accomplish. I do this sometimes when I'm just lazing around and hold it for a little while.

Edit: It depends on how tense you are really. I'm a pretty uptight person so if I relax my body my ligaments and muscles and pelvic bones relax and sort of just sit there. Without them tense its really not a problem to pull your tunica and ligaments a little farther out.

I`m pretty happy with my hanger, and today is the first day I used it. I have a question for anyone who can answer it: is it normal for the head of the penis to become purple after hanging? Yah..it is normal to get those purple heads in the beginning. I think 2 pound is heavy to start with. i started with half a pound and kept on adding half pound every two weeks. Now i do 2 pounds hanging but not get the purple head anymore. Anyways would like to see you with weights on.
 
Hold on. Purple or Blackening equals tissue death. If a piece of tissue is black or purple for over 20 minutes its basically gangrene. Try a different wrapping method or less weight. I'm very serious here. You've made some gains and I dont want anything bad to happen to you. If your skeptical type gangrene into google. Its about circulation. Hang completely flaccid and make sure that you have no blood trapped in your penis. The little bit of blood that does need to circulate down there will have no problem circulating then.

Not trying to scare you as hanging is safe, just saying maybe try a different wrap or hanging area.

I used to get purple head in the beginning (two months back when i started hanging). And it would got off in some time. Now i dont get it anymore. My tissue isnt dead. its fine and sensitive as ever. Though i would suggest dorsay to reduce the weight and time if he has just begun hanging.

Thanks for worrying mate! Shit I don`t want to get this gangrene thing! I really don`t see a way out, I only tightened the hanger enough so It could hold the weight. Maybe it is normal, maybe it isnt. I`ll see how it goes. It is the same thing when you manually stretch and right after you release your hand, the glans is darker... Have a good hot wrap both before and after the hanging session.

The sample routine was difficult for me. I started with a much lower weight. 1/2 pound hanging for 30 min. Slowly i increased the weights. now i do 2 pound hanging for 30 min. Next month i plan to increase it to 2.5 pounds.
 
Today`s report:

30 min hanging 5 lbs (today I got a much less darkening, the hose clamp was in the middle of my cock and i didn`t tighten it too much)
