DLD as you can see in the pics on page 4, my dick has a left curve.

I`m a little confused with the Dual Fulcrum Stretches. Since my curve is to the left, will my right hand grip behind the head and pull to the right, while my left hand pulls the middle shaft to the left, or the other way around?

10 min of DLD Blasters

10 min jelqs
10 min C-Jelqs against my curve

I must say that todays workout was boring as hell. There was not much expansion today, so I guess I`m in the process of cementing my new gains in order to open space for more gains.

I always pump to the max I can take which is 175-180mm. I am pretty much sure that my penis hurts as a whole, not only at the base...

What you need to do is get into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches my man. Not only do the stretches give you a longer length when all is said and done in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], they also allow you to pump harder which gives you more expansion. You said you were feeling pain with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore stretches so just do this - Stretch in all directions for the 30 seconds each, but pay attention and only stretch to the point where you feel a dull pain. Not that whole sharp 'ow my dicks gonna break off or my balls or gonna suck up into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gators[/words] or it feels like I'm ripping a piece of my skin off' type pain. That shits just painful and unnecessary, a little bit at a time.

I'm still cheering you on for your nbpel! I'm sure it has to be the curve man, dont get discouraged. Pump harder, stretch longer, clamp thicker, jelg tighter!

After doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches and whatnot I can also get to 175-180. I usually get to 170-175 normally, with a good hard on and some movement/working of the pump I get to 180. Whenever I hit 180 though some minor pain sets in with me as well. Maybe thats the growth because thats a good inch over our normal nbpel.

I`ll definitely try to implement the Hardcore stretches while using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]... i`ll see how it goes and keep you informed. Maybe that is what need to gain nbpel. I will also try to increase the strength in my stretches and perform some JAI stretches before/after the exercises...;)

You should check out Pulse 110's, a much better version of the Jai Stretch.

14th Workout - Today

3 sets of newbies
15 min jelqs
5 min c-jelqs (these are good)

Animal my friend I figured out what was the problem with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine! I used to pump too fast to 175-180, that is why my penis hurt! Today I did a relaxing 20 min session slowly pumping to increase intensity. After about 10 min in, I had pumped to 180 and was able to do some stretches with little or no pain. Thanks for the help!

Yea after my session today I found that if you pump too fast it tries to suck your balls and the 'strings' that connect to your balls up into the gator and some of your skin too. Thats the burning sensation you get at the base almost like its outside of the pump and the pinching you get at the base inside the pump. The real deal should feel like your penis is getting pressurized when you tug on the pump and you feel a slight tug at the base of your penis too. Thats how I feel them following super dicks video and DLD's instructions at least and keeping it comfortable.

It helped me so I think it will work for you. It is really hard to over do the stretching, when the penis is flaccid little can hurt it.
 
15th Workout

3 sets of newbie stretches + some Pulse 110 stretches
20 min jelq + C-Jelqs

[went to the gym] 2 hours later I did...

Love the extra time when you get up early. An hour earlier in the AM and an hour later in the PM!
 
16th Workout- Today was intense and weird

AM:
I woke up 1 hour early, fighting with my body to get out of bed and prepare my warm up. I did 2 sets of newbie stretches, tried to put on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but the air kept entering in the base. I tried like 3-4 times and every time I just couldnt get a good enough seal to prevent air from being sucked up. Pissed off, I gave up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and did 20 min jelqing.

PM:
3 sets of newvbie stretches. Was going to stay 20 min in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but after 10 min the air started being sucked in at the base AGAIN. Wtf is happening? Again I went for 20 min jelqing and after that I did a very well done 10 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session.

I must admit I`m little disappointed. Everyday after the workout I get a ruler to measure my non-bone pressed erect + flaccid lenght and they are the same! 3 weeks of Penis Enlargement and I haven`t seen even a temporary nbpel gain. Not even 1/8"! Also, even after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I never get a temporary erect expansion. It feels thicker but it measures the same. Just trying to find some motivation...
 
Hm...I had this for almost a week when I first started with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. After that and doing 15+ minute sessions my temp gains started working for me even after I pulled it out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. The air being sucked out, is that with or without a sleeve on?
