Ive decided to slow things down a little bit. Instead of doing the WEEK 2 routine as planned Ill do it 3times this week and Ill do some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] stretching in between.

I did. I do probablt around 1000-1500 kegels 3x a week though my pc muscles are pretty solid because Ive been doing kegels & reverse kegels since I was like 17 or something.

I have no idea with the expansion, for example, today in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I onyly managed to get up to 160mm without overpumping.

This week wasnt very good Penis Enlargement wise because I really havent put in the hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] (not comfortable enough wearing it to work etc.). Good news! It seems that Im more used to the SZ including how to strap tight enough to ensure no slippage but also not extremely decreased blood circulation. That means that Ill probably be wearing it a LOT more than I am now !
