I can't help but deny the fact that for every area in my life Im succesful at (women, busines, girls, bodybuilding) I have some sort of log. Because I want to succeed at growing a big dick, Ive decided to start one here aswell and hopefully get some pointers along the way.

Basically I started Penis Enlargement 2years ago and went from 14m to about 16cm in EL (so I gained like .8"). I just did some jelqing basically. Last couple of months I did more stuff with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and gained some more.

Now my stats are as followed:
BPenis EnlargementL: 17cm (6.7")
EG: 12cm (4.7")

And my goal is:
BPenis EnlargementL: 19.5cm+ (7.8"+)
EG: 14cm+ (5.5"+)

The deadline for this is within the next two years so I have about 26months to do get there.

Put the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine in an excell file to get a good overview. Please let me know if I interpreted this correctly.

Not planning on buying any 'growth pills'.

I'd say my health is exceptional because Im an amateur bodybuilder. Do smoke the occasional spliff but other than that doing pretty good.

Only thing that worries me is time management: Im also starting up my own business so I hope I can make the time to do this routine.

Also, what sort of [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work would one recommend in order to maintain solid EQ?
 
I think you will reach your goal much faster than you think you will.
I have been at this for only 3 months and my measures for BPenis EnlargementL are already over .5 inches
Also take pics. It is nice having something to look back on and it keeps you hella motivated.

What exercises are you asking about? Starting soon. Penis is much better when it comes to EQ again though its still a bit 'bruised'. Im gonna do some basic 15-20min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions for the upcoming week or two untill I have my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] (which Im gonna order real soon). Jesus FCKNG christ. Its obvious that there is something wrong with my penis. Do not do any heavy girth work whatsoever before sex, as this can lead to poor erection quality if you're fatigued. Do your routine when she leaves. If you've already Penis Enlargement'd this morning, wait 6 hours before having sex. Pop the C one hour before she gets there, and you will do fine.
 
Thanks for the advice-in the end it wasnt needed though because we just fooled around a bit but nothing more (due to the situation).
What I was referring to was the fact that Im still a bit worried that there is internal damage. If this is fatigue its definitely pretty bad (for 2+weeks now). Must have really done some harm to my penis if thats the case.

Couple questions:

Anyways I made somw pictures. First a picture of my current state and my desired goal visualized by paper that I measured- and cut out:

And a picture of my penis at the moment. I know its bad quality but its actually pretty difficult to make a good picture haha. The measurement tells us its 16cm (BPenis EnlargementL) but doesnt account for the .5cm at the beginning of the scale) so its more like 16.5. Now my EQ is still not that good so let's say its 17cm (6.69") max but generally around 16.5cm (6.5"). Or, Ive shrunk .5cm becaue of inactivity or something I dont know (hope not). Ill make better pictures once my EQ is finally good again (which I hope will happen very soon). So yea, here is a picture of my rather smallish cock unfortunately

Oh by the way-does anyone know if there is something to get rid of the pearly papules? They dont bother me and Ive never ever had a girl comment on it (they really dont mind) but then again, If I can somehow 'remove' them that would be cool I mean, why not?

Smokers Toothpaste will cure this. Get a tube and apply to penis twice a day. After about a week they will flake off and completely heal.
