You should be stretched to the furthest point you can for 30-60 minutes and then take a break, recirculate and reattach. The screws at the base are fine tuning adjustments. Say you can't get into another .25" bar, you would use these screws to allow you to make this fine adjustment to work. So, as you decrease the tension from the base adjustments, that .25" bar could be .125", depending on how much you dial back. Now, remember, the base adjustments are reverse set screws so they they are the opposite of the way you would conventionally turn a screw. I sometimes forget and the screws will drop out (due to my dyslexia) but they go right back in.

Wow, my PPPs are almost entirely gone!!!! Amazing... think I need just a couple more days before they are all gone and then-for the first time in my life- Ill have a nice dick without any PPP. Skin is supersmooth.

Okay I really need to find a new strapping method. The only way of holding my penis in place is by cutting off blood circulation causing the head to turn purple and numb after a while which i figure-isnt a good sign
