I look longer noticably longer now when erect, I am hoping they are gains.

I took two rest days these days.

On a plus note though. I have already measured, since I really wanted to. Couldn't wait for end of month, haha.

I have been able to gain once again. I am now at about 6.9'' NBP. I am pretty fucking excited honestly, and am really happy that hard work is paying off.

I saw the increase in length after I had taken nearly a week off, so I might take a couple of days like that off every so often and see what happens.

I will hit it extremely hard for the next couple of days though, to try and make up for these rest days.

Since I am a good deal curved, I have to measure along the curve in order to get that result. If I measure straight, I get about 6.25''...which was actually what I started this program at when measuring with the curve.

Pretty happy about this. rofl

The reason you're seeing gains after a rest too is because the principle is exactly the same as weightlifting and muscle-building.

When you see the goons in the gym lifting weights every day trust me they're not doing it right at all. The correct way is to to 2 or max 3 sessions a week, and in those sessions do a hefty amount for a short period of time. Then rest for a couple of days. It's during this rest period that the body naturally takes over and the muscle grows. Muscles do not grow during lifting and working out, they only tear.

Now exscuse the long-windedness but I can only presume the same principle applies (to a lesser extent) to the penis after heavy exercising. You need to let it rest so the body can repair the tearing and increase it's size/strength. Doing hard exercises every day on your schlong can't be as productive as 3 or 4 heavy sessions with rest days in-between, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY when using that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] thingy.

Aye, I agree with the rest thing. I usually try for at least 2 rest days during a week. I do this because I also believe in giving your body the time to repair and I also don't want my equipment to rebel...always functioning at 100%.

Speaking of weightlifting, I'm about to go workout in a bit. Getting back on top of that too.

Massive huge fucking stretch day. Stretched in all directions, and for a long time. Did footlongs for 5 minutes at a time once, was feeling good.

Then since I couldn't go do my warmdown at that moment, I kept doing a stretch or two every once in a while for about 2 hours. Nothing huge, just about a 10 second stretch every couple of minutes.

Later knocked down a few horses and uli's for my head. My head is looking bigger I'd say. It definitely gets bigger than before when doing the ulis, I do believe it's expanding.

Kegeled like a kegeling rebel as well.

Ah, yet another month.

Well I started off the new month really well, with an excellent length workout followed right by an excellent girth workout.

Did my standing down and out stretch for a couple of sets, and use the weighted plates to simulate footlongs for a bit too.

After getting a good number of sets in, I stretched a bit to the sides.

I've realized right now my length workouts have nothing to do with how I started. I have dropped certain stretches and in their place put in stretches that I CAN REALLY feel.

I mainly do standing down and out stretches with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], weighted footlongs, two handed manual side to side stretches, footlongs by laying on my back, stretch straight down with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], stretch straight out with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], and sometimes other manual things that I can think of. I'm also trying to add some expressive stretching in there, and will keep fine tuning this as I learn more about it from DLD and from my own experience.

For girth, I started doing something different.

After a horse is completed for me, which is about a minute, and the blood is already seeping out, I start to squeeze the entire shaft piece by piece with my fingers. Kind of enlarge it by section, I like it.

The ulis for the head are coming along great, I haven't changed them, and I do indeed have a bigger head at the moment.

I'll just keep on working. Hoping to pass my coveted goal of 7 inches this month.
 
Wow it looks like you are working hard, I am sure the length gains will come. You already have massive girth, I bet the ladies love it. Keep it up!

I'm still reading on the expressive stretching man, but I will give it a shot later on. As soon as I learn a bit more about it, and have time to experiment/play, I will have at it.

Have you tried the standing down and out stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] that I posted about earlier? By far the most intense stretch I am able to do, I credit most of my gains thus far to it. It's brutal.

Hit up a nice girth workout..waited about 2-3 hours and did a nice length routine. I've started to kegel more as well. In the car, in classes, and when I can remember. I am following my man Samzman's advice and reverse kegeling as I walk around. I like it.

lol I have tried doing kegels and reverse kegels at work. i was in an office boardroom type thing and filing shit and like counting to 500 and then people came in the office and I was trying not laugh because I didn't really know them that well and not really acknowledging them but all the while still doing my kegel work.

Woke up insanely early to do a workout.

Workout went really damn well, very good length workout. Gave the expressive stretching a try, and yes, I can definitely feel it working.

I was actually toying around with the idea of pulling on the inner penis, since I didn't want my erection angle to lower and I heard this prevents it...and since I had felt it before under my balls when giving myself massages.

I used to just grab underneath the balls, and my cock itself, and pull upwards. Gave a good stretch, but felt more like a skin stretch.

Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] to do this, and grabbing my entire package, I can get a really good stretch.

I will definitely be incorporating this into future workouts.

Hit up some of the best girth work I have done as of yet, felt really good and great expansion.

I did my normal routine of a bunch of horsies and some uli no 3s. It was somewhat abbreviated though and not a very long session, as in maybe 6 horses and 2 ulis, and 1 width expansion set. But it was very intense and very good.

Intensity or how well you perform these exercises goes a long way. I did the horses hard, hand-clamped better than ever before, and did them for about a minute to get some good expansion. I also bent junior to the sides and squeezed him a bit afterwards.

For width expansion I just lay my dick on top of the counter when hard, and press down on him with my palm.

Nice, intense workout.

My main focus is not girth right now, but length. But I figure if I keep up some girth work right now, I will be able to maintain what I have and maybe get some gains in this area.

Why not do both at the same time...even if they are little sessions? Over time they should add up.

Plus, I love all the little fucking veins that are popping up. It just looks more powerful....well I suppose it is more powerful.

Anyway, I waited a couple of hours and then got in a decent stretch session.

Tomorrow I wake up really early again and do a massive length session.

Kegeled alot during the day, and later did a pretty damn good length routine in the afternoon.

Really felt a great stretch.

Really, really good girth workout.

What I am doing is the horses, with the squeezes as I had said before, switching hands each time, and then about 3/4 through my workout I jump in the shower and let the hot water hit him for a bit as I do the remaining quarter of the workout. Did about 10-12 horsies.

The hot water really helps with the expansion. Not my original idea, but works very well.

I am also doing one or two width expansion reps, and the Uli No. 3's for head size. Head size has definitely improved...and I haven't even been doing this very much at all.

I haven't really been focusing much on width because before starting I already had about 2'' worth of width and honestly when looked from the top, and when I was rock hard, it had more width than depth and therefore looked a bit flat.

He's looking a lot rounder lately, especially during workouts, which means my depth is improving. Once he is round, I will start to hammer width hard. Width in my opinion really makes for an impressive looking vagina splitter.

When I reach a full 8 inches in length, it will be time to hammer my girth workouts. Right now they are fun to do, but I must remember that they are secondary.

Later in the evening, I did an incredible stretch session. Did my standing down and out stretch as I usually do, and that stretch with the 10 pound plate attached. I really like the weight plate one, usually do it for about 3-5 minutes at a time. I stick a sock between the plate and my penis so it doesn't cut into the skin, get my flaccid penis totally through the hole in the plate, and just pull up on the remaining penis I have while the weight hangs. In order to get more weight, I just push down on the weight as much as I can handle.

Really amazing stretch.

Did some side to sides, and about 5 sets altogether of expressive stretching.

Good session overall.

I am going to keep hitting length hard this month, I want over 7'' by the end of it. Some rest days will be mandatory to make sure he's running at optimal condition, but the workouts will be grueling.

Tomorrow waking up shit early to get in strong length session.

Woke up really early and had a great stretch session. Really felt it.

Did a good girth session in the middle of the day, and later on at night hit up a really nice stretch session.

In between sets I am noticing a really damn thick penis...at least for me. Not an erect one, but semi-erect since it is after a horse, but I am getting real good expansion.

I also have tons of new little veins all over, I have seen them grow and expand over time. Pretty damn cool.

One thing I notice after my girth sessions, are the little red spots that everybody mentions. I take them as a sign of progress, that some little vessels have been burst and will come back stronger than ever. Just like weightlifting, destruction breeds creation.

They are always gone the next day...I assume my 15-25 minute warmdown of hot and cold water and massaging really helps this along. This was something I never did before in my previous stint of Penis Enlargement, and the equipment did suffer for it.

One new thing I have been incorporating for girth, is after I am done with a normal horse, and after I do my little squeezes and bends while still hand clamped, I move my hand down and squeeze the entire front half of my penis into the base...still hand-clamped obviously. This makes the base get really big and expanded. I want to make sure I am always keeping my base bigger than the rest of the penis, as I would hate to have the baseball bat effect that some of these exercises can potentially yield.

I then try to do something similar in the middle of the penis by just bending it down midway, and at the top.

Another thing that I try to do is maintain symmetry during the exercises. Always switching hand between reps, etc. I don't want one side bigger than the other, or a gap in the middle, or anything of that sort. If I start to see it happen, I will work to correct it. I believe my right chamber might be a bit bigger than my left, so I am starting to bend a bit more to the left during my workouts.

As far as girth workouts go, I am trying to get one in whenever I can. Nothing major, so it's easy to do them and easy to recuperate. This session consisted of about 6-8 horses.

About the difference in sides, it might be a lig, I do feel more of a stretch in the left one at times than the right. I am not really sure, but I think my hang to the left and perhaps my right chamber being a bit bigger is because my cock has just drifted to the left side of me for years and years. The ligs for that side are a lot looser and I imagine more blood got into the right since it is almost like an erect bend.

It's not really noticable, just falls to the left all the time instead of the right. I want to keep an eye on it though. As I think everyone should monitor their progress.

Haven't had time to do much of anything.

I got in a quick 10 minute or so stretch in the shower the other day, and managed to do one or two horsies.

But now I'm back in fucking business.

I'm going to step it up now, first starting back up once a day for a week or two, and then start doing it twice a day. That's in term of stretching. I will try to hit girth every other day.

They will be hard and intense workouts.

I already hit up about a nice 30 minute session for stretching, and will see if I do another later tonight.

I won't even measure this month, I have not worked hard enough for it. Hope I've kept my gains so far..but I will only find out the 1st of next month.

i understand about school and everything...i have finals and i am a single parent...but i try to stay on my routine cuz i know once a few days go by i might not get back in routine for a while...but i'm glad your ready to get back into it...i check out your thread to see your routine and your progress...i'm sure you haven't lost anything..i don't think you was off long enough...just make sure you get back into it

I have definitely gotten back into it though. I remained hungry for the workouts even when I couldn't. Same thing for weightlifting...it feels so good to be back at that too.

By the way, I did measure recently. I was not going to until next month, but I gave in to see if I had kept what I had gained...as that was very important to me. If I were backpedaling I would've kicked myself in the ass.

I was very happy to see that I had indeed kept all of my gains, and was sitting about .1 of an inch under 7 inches.

My girth however seems to be very, very, very close to 6 inches, or right at 6 inches, a little above mid-shaft. I'm not going to worry much about my exact measurement, as long as I know it's getting bigger. I think I can safely say though that I am 6 inches in girth...or 5.999 rofl.

My base is a good deal bigger, and I want to keep it that way. I forget actual measurements, but around 6.5, a little less or a little more.

This was a damn good workout today though, and the measuring during it helped put my mind at ease.

Well I had the best girth workout ever, by far. About 15 horses perhaps, give or take a few, 1 minute each, and some really good head expansion with ulis.

I was edging constantly, overall the workout was really good and felt really damn good. Had to keep myself from cumming during the ulis.

Got an even better stretch session done today in the morning.

The last two stretch sessions, I end up getting hard in the beginning of my stretches. In the past I have said fuck it and went to do a badass girth session, but now I want to work my length hard this month and blow 7 inches out of the water. So I ended up doing erect stretches.

I mainly do them up, grabbing the boys at the same time in order to get a better fulcrum. These are mainly the only times I do a stretch upwards, so I hope it is beneficial.

I am also stretching what I believe to be the inner penis, I feel it right under my sac..where you feel a kegel. I just grab right under the sac, and pull up. I kind of bend my knees back a bit, and lean my hips forward, which all results in a really good stretch. This is kind of the same idea as DLD's expressive stretching. It feels good, and I will be doing it more as time goes on.

Besides this my stretch sessions just consist of my normal stretches that I have been doing. I am now adding erect stretches every so often when I am erect in the beginning of the work.

A couple of hours after this stretch, I hit up an awesome girth session. About 10 horses or so.

Really good day, and I hope to continue to be hitting length like I am hitting it now. I will only be taking 2 or so days off each week, maybe one. But I will at least have one day off during the week so the equipment has time to rest and doesn't get upset.

Kegels are also done frequently.

Whew man.

I've been out of town for the past couple of days, and I have been able to get some manual stretching of about half an hour done every other day or so.

Not much, but better than nothing.

I really doubt I will gain anything at the end of this month, but as long as I keep my previous gains, I am a happy man.

I will start to work very hard now, starting tonight. Hopefully won't be interrupted by out of town projects.

Hell fucking yes.

I have had amazing workouts these last three days.

Basically consisting of hardcore stretching, manual, with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], and with my olympic plate.

The olympic plate really gives a hell of a stretch when done right, I do them for about 5 minutes at a time. I can still get really hard stretches if done right manually, and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] allows me to hit amazing angles as well.

I've had 3 brutal stretch sessions in a row, and right afterwards I do about 4 or so horses just to get bloodflow going well and maybe do a little something for girth.

I haven't done much this month, but I will at least close it off very hard and go into the next one like a raging Penis Enlargement-fucking bull.

What's great about this is that you really don't need to have a rush, just patience, dedication, and the gains will come. I can't wait to see my next gains though, haha.

7 inches must be obliterated.

Not a lig hurt, kind of like a strange one, like I had something hanging there or was hit there.

You work out in a similar way to me. I work out with whatever exercises I feel like for as much as I can every day until my penis is nice and worn out. Good thread, You're gonna overtake me soon.

Great stretch once again.

What I have been trying to incorporate in my last three workouts has been upward stretching...for the tunica. I have never really been able to do this effectively because of my grip, but have recently figured out a method where I can maintain my grip and stretch.

I grip as much flaccid penis I can from the base to the head, separating my sac and junior, pull on it, kind of yanking up all the loose skin as well and keeping it in place, and then with my other hand I grab right under it and pull up.

What results is a pretty strong stretch straight up, slightly stronger on the side that my four fingers are as opposed to the side where my thumb is. Because of this I switch the hands up.

I also lay on my back, and do a rotary with this (stretch 360 degrees, in a circle) and it feels really good in terms of a stretch.

This area of stretching, the tunica, is relatively new for me, so I figure if I can start to hit it, even lightly as of now, it should help with progress.

I have continued to use a weight plate with a sock in order to stretch straight down. I recently tried the 25 pound plate, kind of big to fit between my legs haha, but I can do it. I don't let it go all the way yet though, as it seems to be too much and starts to slip off.

Didn't have much time for a long stretch session, but had an abbreviated one. Better than nothing, and did get in a good stretch.

Another month has started, so whenever I have a chance, I'm going to try and get a measurement in. Won't worry about it too much, whenever it happens, it happens.

The way I measure, is just wait until I get a massive boner and then I put a ruler next to it. I do feel that I am longer though, and my flaccid stretch as well as erect length looks longer...so I hope for good things when the ruler is applied.

I'm going to keep on stretching though without much thought to my current length. The main goal is to constantly improve; measurements are irrelevant in this aspect...they only gauge our improvement. It's important to know if you're advancing and if you want to change your routine, but never forgo working out just because you're hung up on measurements.

Going to be working hard this upcoming week, I have a bit more free time.

My next goal in length is a solid 7.25 inches. When I reach this, I will have gained one inch since the start of Penis Enlargementing.

Pretty much took a rest week. Trying to get a couple of things in my life in order. Did a couple of stretches here and there during the week, even if for about 5 minutes.

During the day I had an awesome stretch session...and then at night a repeat of it.

My stretch sessions are consisting of about three rounds of this:

-3 minutes of using 10 pound weight plate and sock
-2 minutes of standing down and out stretch with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]
-2 minutes of trying to pull inner penis out by throwing my legs back and grabbing underneath the scrotum and pulling to my chin; you can really feel a stretch right above the anus
-1 minute of a hardcore doublehanded stretch to the left
-1 minute of a hardcore doublehanded stretch to the right

I repeat this three times, sans the straight down [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] stretch, but after the first time I bring up the weight plate to 5 minutes. I also press down really hard with my hands and move around in order to get the best stretch.

Just about every time I do the doublehanded side stretch, I can pull hard enough to feel minute lig pops on my left side. Nothing on the right, but hurts like a bitch. Really gritting my teeth for both sides when I do this.

Today on the 28th though, I complemented the workout with a bunch of horses, a couple of ulis, and a couple of minutes at the end of edging.

I concentrated a good deal of effort on the ulis and jelqed a lot of blood into my head. The result was during the edging, a bigger head than usual. I wish to make it massive.

Kegels during the edging are always done, and kegeling in during the horses and ulis as well.

I hope to keep up this stretching setup, as for me they are the exercises which give me the most stretch and therefore should be the most useful towards my goals.

Well for the past week I have only worked out about 3 or 4 times. Not that bad, but it could be better. The last two weren't that comprehensive.

However I have been edging....heavily. Sometimes I'll do a uli or two while edging to make my head really big.

For how long I edge I am not sure since it varies. About 10-15 minutes at the very edge.

I really like this. My cock feels noticably bigger in my hand, I can tell it's girthier from just about 3 or 4 sessions of really edging, and it will really help me with control in the sack. I will be able to stave off cumming more, and should just add to the overall experience.

Good stretch session in morning, and then tried to get an edging session going.

Edged a bit, but actually lost it at the end and came like Old Faithful.

Kind of upset about that, won't let it happen again. I like the post pump when I don't and although it might be placebo I think it leads to better gains. Especially since I am semi-hard the rest of the entire day.
