Good stretch day, and excellent edging afterwards. Was able to go outside with the Penis Enlargementweights for the first time..not too bad. Actually were quite comfortable...but apparently I didn't put enough wrap because it slid off after a bit.

Aye...I had.

I had some personal problems to deal with.

They are dealt with and I am coming back now at full force.

Currently at 7'' NBP..still have one more inch to achieve my length goal.

Today is the start of it once again.
 
9/23/05

Started up with some simple manual stretching.

My ligaments really felt it, definitely due to my month and a bit hiatus.

I am able to get a strong grip and really push down or to the sides to where I really feel it in my ligs. I put one hand right Junior, pull in the direction that I want to pull, and follow it up with my other hand.

Results in a fairly intense pull with just my hands.

Did this for a bit and my normal warm down afterwards.

9/24/05

Same as the day before, except I spent a little more time.

I also used the down and out between the legs with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for 2 sets, and I hung my 10 pound plate off as I've done before.

Good workout.

9/25/05

Same as yesterday, but once again I took it a bit farther. A bit more sets and a bit more time.

At the end I followed up with two horses, two uli glan squeezes, and just compressed my dick for some width. Then I edged for a bit and ended up edging right over the edge.

Thorough warmdown...good workout.

11/2/05-11/7/05

Been Penis Enlargementing hard.

Lots of stretching, and some edging every now and then. I am taking it somewhat easy on the stretches, (a medley of manual stretching, my standing down and out [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] stretch, and the weighted plate stretch), since I do not want to tax my penis that much since I just started again.

I am doing the exercises routinely though, and have added a lot of ball stretching to get some lower hanging balls and get rid of the turkey neck.

Basically, I just grab my flaccid penis with one hand and pull up, while the other hand pulls the balls down. Sometimes I pull down from behind, by putting my hand between my legs.

After every workout, comes the normal warm/cool down shower with massages.

Will keep hitting it hard...sometimes I have been doing two workouts in a day. The intensity will be stepped up in about a week and a half.
 
Holy fucking shit I am back.

I'll go right into business.

My goals are as of yet not accomplished, my length is now 6.75'' NBP but measuring along my upwards curve, I have to get an accurate reading straight up...I believe it was 6.5'' or so.

And about 6'' girth.

My goal is 8'' x 6.5'', and I'm starting the cockular evolution once again.

Now, I am right handed, and it got broken during work, so this is obviously an impediment. But I will be doing some one handed stretches, and I am of course still using my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words].

I'll keep this bitch updated.

I hear the Penis Enlargement weights are great or golf weights are a pretty decent substitution. A guy on here, uh, Joe Smith or something I think highly recommended them. He would use a dress sock or some kind of wrap over the shaft to avoid pinching and then would put on the weights and lightly clamped to keep them on.
