Stretched for about 15 mins when i woke up. Took my MaleExtras along with breakfast. Came home later about 1pm and stretched for about 20 mins and then wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3 hours.

I really need to start kegelling more though.
 
September 7th

No [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] today, just a good 30 minute manual session before bed. BTC, 5 minutes of Mandingos, every direction around the clock, 5 minutes of my modified out front stretches and some tug of wars. All bundled.

Must remember to kegel!
 
September 8th

Did 30 mins of stretching this morning and 3 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. Squeezed in a very short 5 minute session before bed when i came back from freestyle.

Just to say i am back with a vengeance. This time is different.

I stopped regular consistent P.E. and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work to smash out the rest of my body. Now i am happy with the rest of me i can really focus on my unit below. I will work length morning and night with 2 hours + of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. I will not stop until i hit 8 inches in length, then i will fill out my girth.

I do not care what i have gained before or lost in the past, that doesn't matter now. This is gonna be different. More stretching, more kegels, more [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work, more positive thinking and most of all, more gains. I've gained quick and i've gained a lot in the past, so i know i'm capable of it and i will do it all over again on a greater scale.

I will own a big fucking dick.

I have gone back to my original work out technique that started me on this path. Instead of counting to 60 and saying that is 1 minute of stretching, i count in kegels. I feel when you kegel and the penis 'goes in a bit' your stretch pulls against the kegel, giving a nicer stretch.
 
November 18th

Came home and stretched at the same time as doing 700+ kegels, 60 in each direction i stretched in. Spent time on Mandingos and my own front stretch.

Worse the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hours, took it off to massage and then wore it for a further hour with stock padding.

Morning November 19th

Woke up early to get a good, first, length stretching session of the day. Combined it with kegels again and have that really nice 'stretched' feeling at the base. It's probably cowering as i'm gonna strap it in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and pull it apart with my hands later on tonight... theoretically obviously.

Carried out the same warm-up as i did this morning but i didn't use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as i was a little bit sore. Just gotta work my tolerance up again.

That is fine, take your time and build up to your max. For me and any stretching device I have ever used, it took some time to get used to it....all part of the process.

November 23rd

Alright, i know it's still November 23rd... but i fucking smashed it today. 2 Long manual stretch sessions, heavy on mandingos, with 100 kegels in every stretch i did, overall about 1000 kegels this morning. Came home and did another long stretch session with so many kegels, i could physically kegel after. My PC was worked out to the max.

Then i strapped in to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and i've been in it for 2 hours now as i write this. I'll probably take it off in an hour, massage it, then do one more hour and then hit a girth session as i haven't done one in a while, nor have i jelq'd in a while and i want to jelq for a while.

Didn't do my morning stretch after last nights super session. Wanted to give it time to recover. Hit a long stretch in the evenings followed by 2 hours of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] which i added rods to.

Definitely gonna cop a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] before Christmas.

Short Early Evening Manual Stretches (10 mins)
