Alright Ive been convinced to start my own progress thread. Here is a little background info and stats to my short pe career:

I actually purchased the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] about two years ago to grow some new size for my girlfriend at the time. Unfortunately I managed to lose the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] sometime when I moved and was never really able to get into Penis Enlargement. Now Im back and motivated to stay with it.

I started DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] on 3/22/10 and have been going strong since.
My starting size was BPenis EnlargementL 6.75" with a MSEG of 4.75". I think my ultimate end goal would be 9" x 6" BPenis EnlargementL, but ill be able to judge that better as I make some progress.

This weekend I just received my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and will be doing DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth busters for my girth portion. I have done these twice and I am excited to say that I got a temp girth gain of .5" my first time with only 30 minutes! For length I think I will be doing around 20 minutes of the mandingo stretch and about 10 minutes of straight down/BTC stretches.

I decided to measure yesterday at the beginning of my new routine so I can compare any new gains with what I gained from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. To my amazement I managed to gain 1/4" in BPenis EnlargementL! Also, I didn't measure my starting flaccid length or girth but those have definitely increased.

So starting tomorrow I will try to post daily updates of my current routine and add comments that I feel will help me in the future. Please feel free to comment at any time with any constructive criticism or anything else you feel like mentioning. One more thing, as of right now I think I am planning on doing length everyday if my body allows it and girth every other day to start with. Hopefully I will be able to increase this to 5 days a week once I get used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Today was a length only day as I have gone two days in a row with girth and want to give myself some time to get used to DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth busters. I think its a good idea to ease into using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] after only doing jelqs.

My length routine today was:

10 minutes of the mandingo stretch
10 minutes of BTC left, right, center
10 more minutes of mandingo stretch
2- 20 minute Lazy Ass stretch sets.
25 reps of DLD blasters later on in the evening

I have been reading lately about combining both short intense manual stretches with long intermediate stretches. Since I dont want to buy or cannot afford an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] device I have decided to use DLD's lazy ass stretch as a substitute. Today I only did two 20 minute sets but I will work up to hopefully two full hours of the lazy ass stretch. I am planning on doing up to four 30 minute sessions with these. I also might decide at some point to throw in some basic stretches for 5 minutes between the sets of lazy ass stretches.

My reason for doing this is that i have read a lot about how once you break down the tissue with intense manual stretches it's good to follow up with constant tension to make the tissue deform more and start to heal in a longer state. Also, I know that I am a quick healer in general so I think that with only doing 20-40 minutes of intense manual stretches my penis quickly goes back to regular length and begins its healing before my next session. I am hoping that by me not ever getting sore this is also a sign of my quick healing capabilities.

I plan on doing this kind of routine for about 6 weeks and comparing my results with my first 7 weeks of DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words].

Yesterday I did girth and length.

Length:
10 min mandingo stretch
10 min BTC stretches
10 min manding stretch

2- 30 min Lazy Ass stretch sets

Later in the afternoon I did my girth routine which is DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Busters

3 sets of 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I didnt bother measuring the expansion yet because I sill haven't even worked up to full pressure in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Once I get there I will also had one or two more sets to hopefully increase the expansion. I have noticed though that my girth when flaccid seems better. Also, I starting to notice that my penis is staying in a more extended state throughout the day. Ill also add that I am doing kegals throughout the day. I dont really count but i know that i usually do more than what DLD suggests in his beginner routine. I think these will really help maintain EQ as i continue to push in both length and girth.

I dont know how you guys with larger starting girths dont get crushed in the thing. Its not too painful but is kinda uncomfortable but at least they go away quickly after the session.

Ive done a few of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches but Im focusing on getting used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in general. I haven't even been able to pump to full pressure yet. For me it gets very intense and feels like im going to burst. In about another week Im planning on adding them to my routine though.

Love your concept on deforming tissue with intense/constant stretches. And a good way to save money for us who can't get them at the moment or want to work around not buying them.

LAS are incredible stretches and if you will be sitting for periods of time you should be doing them. Between LAS and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] Strap I made incredible flaccid gains. An [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is fabulous but for some pricy, if this is the case the latter will suffice and produce.

Obviously it wouldn't be the same but Im hoping by keeping my penis in an extended state for some time after intense stretches it will help.

Of course! Erect gains will come relative to flaccid. The beauty of these exercises is that you will realize a much closer flaccid size to your erect.

So today I had a great length workout but so far I have not found enough privacy/ alone time to do my girth workout as it would be odd to be in the bathroom for 30+ minutes

For length:

25 min mandingo stretch
30 min lazy ass stretch
shower/kegals
10 min BTC stretches
30 min lazy ass stretch
more kegals

I have been doing some reading about lig stretching, tunica stretching, and the infamous LOT theory. Now the one thing I have noticed is I do have a fairly low erection angle to start with along with a very low LOT from the start. It is somewhere between 6 and 7 o'clock. Normally I wouldnt really pay attention to this but for the first 6 weeks i mainly focused on lig stretching because I read it was the fastest way to gain for most people. Now following the LOT theory it kind of makes sense that I didn't gain much because I already have loose and longer ligs than a lot of people do when they start. So, along with the mandingo stretch that I have been doing, I am thinking of adding in more tunica stretches to my length routine to see if this will help. I feel with the BTC stretches and hours of lazy ass stretches im doing that I still hit the ligs fairly well.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good tunica stretches? Also, for those of you out there with my say scenario (low LOT and not too much to show for lig stretching) what have you done to make gains?
 
Any stretch above your erection angle will be working tunica. Now, as a matter of equal understanding, heavy tunica work is as much a girth thing as it is a length. Upward stretching will stretch tunica but good expansion will also stretch tunica. Together you should be able to make some great gains. Lastly, the LOT theory is THEORY so I would still include ligament stretching.
 
Today I got in a good length and girth session, although I was a little sporadic with the order of my stretches and when I got them done.

I think this is all of the stretches I did today if I can remember correctly:

10 min mandingo stretch
10 A-stretches- i want to add these to my workout but i dont seem to get a good stretch with these.. I think it has to do with my low exit point and longer ligs.
10 min mandingo stretch
1 hour of lazy ass stretches
10 min BTC stretches left, right, center
10 more A-stretches
30 min lazy ass stretch

I think that I am now ready to start increasing the intensity in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Its weird though because I dont think I ever really get to full pump pressure but I feel insane pressure in my penis. Also, around the base I must be getting extreme expansion because I only start with about 5" base girth but during the set I am fully packing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pushing against the rings. I did hit about 188mm in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again which is giving me hopes on some length gains because this is close to .25" past my BPenis EnlargementL. I also want to add one or two more supersets into my girth workout to bring the total time to 40-50 mins. I also want to get some kind of clamp so I can extend my expansion time for a couple hours.
 
Today I took a different approach to my manual stretches. Im going to really focus on stretching out my tunica. I am hoping that if I hit my tunica hard during stretches I will see better expansion during my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions. In theory it will lead to better girth gains (which is my primary target) and hopfully some length gains as well. But I will still be doing at least 10 minutes of some sort of lig stretching to hopefully optimize my length potential. Also, I lean back to put a fairly intense stretch on my ligs while doing the lazy ass stretches.

So this is what I did for length work today:

-10 min mandingo stretch

My girth session today was great. I took a slightly different approach but I was pleased with the results.

I decided to go 10 minutes this time to see what kind of expansion I could get. Today was the first day that I got to full pumping pressure and stayed there most of the sets. At full pressure I also hit a new length record of about 190-192mm which is just about 7.5"! I also had record rings around the base but I can just ignore those. I was planning on doing another 5 min superset but decided to cut it short since I was pushing the pressure. At the end of this girth session I hit .5" of temp expansion. If i can continuously hit this kind of expansion I know i will see some girth gains.
 
So I was browsing the forum for more intense stretches because I dont want to give up on the basic stretches, I believe these are the basis for gains, when I came across the sock stretch. I figured this would be perfect because after 7 weeks of regular basic stretches I feel like i had grip issues (even with baby powder) and just couldn't pull hard enough. I know the goal isn't to be sore but I have never felt anything the next day.

Anyways, I did two sets in all directions for 45 seconds: downward, left, right, and straight up. All i can say is HOLY SHIT these are intense and the best part is I and putting way less stress on my glans. DLD you are a true master and innovator! Without a doubt these are one of my new favorite stretches. No more basic stretches for me, only sock stretches from now on.

So, i think my manual stretching routine will now consist of blue whales mandingo stretch, DLDs double bundled tunica stretches, sock stretches in all directions, and lazy ass stretches for an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] kind of thing. I was so excited after doing these that i just had to post it because i feel they will really unlock new gains.
 
I did a length and girth routine today.

I think this is going to be my new length routine:

- 10 min mandingo stretch
- sock stretches: 3 sets of 45 seconds down, left, right, and up. This is my second time doing these and they are the most intense stretch ive done. Plus they dont pull out my skin at the base.
- 10 min mandingo stretch
- DLDs double bundled Tunica stretch: 5 sets each side for 45 seconds each
- Lazy ass stretches as much as possible throughout the day. I usually do 20-30 minutes per set.

Girth workout today:

I decided to try a little longer in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today just to mix it up and see what works best.

-10 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min SSJs, 10min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] At the end of this I got .5" of temp girth gains but in 20 minutes I realized I had more fluid build up. From now on I am going to stick with the 5min supersets. To increase expansion I am going to start adding more sets and hopefully work up to a total time of 25min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 25 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Im thinking that by the time I get to this I will see almost .75" expansion.

Thanks DLD, it took me a little experimenting and LOTS of reading but I think I found some exercises that work well for me. Now im just crossing my fingers for the 6 weeks mark when Ill measure and compare to the first 6 weeks or so of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I really wish your blaster stretches worked better for me after reading how much people gain on them. The problem is I dont feel a stretch in the ligs at all. I think this is due to my low LOT and low erection angle. Oh well, I think this routine should work.
 
Not every exercise works the same for everyone and it is wise to venture off and find what works best for you. I look forward to your gains.

So I just decided to measure my bone pressed flaccid stretch for the hell of it to check if my new stretches are working yet and I have gains! I have only been doing my new routine for about 11 days and I am now up to 8" exactly. Last time I measured which was about two weeks ago I was 7.75" stretched length so thats a .25" in two weeks! Man this got me so pumped and even more motivated to not miss a day with this routine. Cant wait until my official BPenis EnlargementL measurement in 4 more weeks.

- Lazy ass stretches for about an hour

- later on I did 20 minutes of jelqing.

Tomorrow will be full length and girth routine.
 
Full length routine today

The manual stretches felt really intense. I think these are going to lead to big gains for me. Unfortunately, I only got to do one set of 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 5 min SSJs. I think I will jelq for 20 minutes later on tonight. Over the past two weeks I have also been doing a kegal routine of about 100 quick kegals, 100 5 sec holds, and a few minute squeezes. I have been really busy lately so hopefully I can get in a full week starting tomorrow.

I think that my intense kegal sessions and recent jelqing are paying off. I woke up with a huge erection this morning which hasn't happened in a while so I decided to take advantage of it and do my girth workout in the morning before my length workout.

Since I haven't been able to do much of a girth workout lately I stepped up the intensity by adding a set and I got an expansion of 5/8" this time putting me at a temp girth of 5 5/8". This was the best I have been able to get during my girth workouts. The session was intense and my dick looks kinda beat up but I think I am going to stick to 4 sets from now on.

Length will be later tonight. I also think that I am going to do wet jelqs every night from now on for penile health and to keep my EQ high.

30 min lazy ass stretch

Afterwards before bed I just did about 20 minutes of wet jelqs. I also forgot to mention that I did my kegal workout earlier while using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] which seemed to cause a more intense set.

Well I was crazy busy this weekend but I did manage to get in a few sessions. Im going to be back at it tonight with both girth and length. I did 3 sets of 10 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min SSJs. I had insane expansion, well at least for me, at 3/4". Unfortunately I also had the most fluid build up I've ever had, but I think it will be less and less as I continue. The session felt really good overall and I have had a very large flaccid hang going with some expansion still sticking around hours later. I really need to get myself a cock ring to keep this expansion going all day. I had some serious red dots after using it for the first time in a week a few days ago but they went away within a day and have not come back.

I decided today that my next measuring day will be 7/1 so I am going to hit it really hard for the next three weeks and hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised. I think for sure that I will have some length gains and maybe 1/8" girth but i dunno yet.
 
Bathmate girth blasters are a great exercise, the potential gains are AMAZING. Your routine seems pretty flawless, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in between is a great idea.
