So this is my own 12 week experiment
I do DLD's Kegel Crunches 1-2 per week for about 5 minutes, before going to the gym

I have two length routines to change things up after I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] Hardcore Stretches
I mostly focus on length and downward stretches, because I want to correct my baseball bat shape and I want to gain length
.
Therefore it can very well happen that I do/did length up to two times a day with no girth.
I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] downward as well for that reason.
The other reason besides the shape problem, is that my EQ is not very good and it can be kind of difficult
keeping an erection.
For example, it takes me at least 60-75 minutes to do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] Hardcore Stretches described below.
(I get out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] after stretching in two different direction and get myself 80-100% eret again,

Doing my girth routine would take about the same time, maybe a bit longer.

Bathmate[/words].
And no amount of kegels/R.Ks. or start/stop masturbating would help with that.
Even when I stopped PE for 2 years I would still do the start/stop method, kegels occasionally and use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] once in a
blue moon. But no matter what, I still feel the urge to come within a few seconds after I start to masturbate and my EQ didn't improve.
Which remindes me, I do R.Ks during length- and Kegels during my girth-routine.
According to my measurements I gained another 0.39in or 1cm of visible size by losing some
weight.
BPEL: 6.7in or 17.0cm
EL: 5.7in or 14.5cm
EG: 5.1in or 13.0cm
Btw, I am writing all this long before anyone reads this.

I also take advantage of my morning wood whenever I can and do some bundled erect stretches or some SSJs, DLD Bend and erect Jelqs to change things up.
For some strange reason I can do 5-15min of erect exercises without any trouble but only with my morning wood, but not later on.
Here's a list of what I do:
- wearing bandage while sleeping
- I try to grip as low as possible when stretching
- I try to do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] Hardcore Stretches as often as possible (ideally erect)
- Changing up my workout by doing my length routine right after the girth routine.
- I do not plan a day off, but sometimes it happens because I'm busy or social life . But even then an "off" day could mean that - while being at home
- I do erect bundled stretches or SSJs and DLD Bends in the morning (5-10mins)

A "perfect" workout-day would look like this:
- Twisted Erect Stretches OR SSJs and DLD Bends (5-10mins)
- Length Routine #1 (with start/stop masturbating, before I get into the stretches)

- BathMate Hardcore Stretches (60-70mins)

- Girth Routine (70-80mins) [by the end of this/during the process I feel pretty sore at the base]

And a "not" so perfect or normal workout-day:
- Twisted Erect Stretches OR SSJs and DLD Bends (5-10mins)
- Length Routine #2

I try to have as many perfect days as possible or at least close to perfect, sometimes there are real off-days and everything in between
Random notes I took throughout the weeks:
- After week 4 I started doing the Hardcore Stretches more frequently, prior to that only once a week (flaccid)
- After a "perfect-day" I usually feel sore at the base (because of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]) and the top/glans (because of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words])
- About week 4-5: I sometimes feel a stretch/tingling feeling throughout the day even when I don't wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
- Occasionally I can feel "new" penis being pulled out, especially after doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] Hardcore Stretches (I hope this isn't my imagination)
- Maybe I'm imagining things, but it looks like as if the base of my flaccid penis got thicker.
Okay, I decided to take a measurement a bit earlier, after about 8-9weeks in (Dec 14):
BPEL: 6.9in or17.5cm
EL: 5.9in or 15.0cm
EG: 5.3in or 13.5cm
Now, while I am glad that I made at least some gains.
I am still disappointed considering how much work I put into this.
But I still have another 3-4 weeks to go.
I have a few questions:
1. When I switch to a more girth-based routine after my experiment, would this be enough to cement length?
or should I keep doing my current routine for 4-6 weeks until I switch.
