I did some bundle stretches and I did a stretch where I put the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] against the back of my legs, under my butt. And I finished with a half hour hanging session. I can't wait till tomorrow night.

DLD are you going to make a page or something like with your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] linking all your demo videos & pix to this so all the info is assembled in one easy to locate place? At the moment its everywhere in this sub-forum.

I would love to make a sub-forum for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] but my admin tools arent working.

Got a cracking idea with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] used together to make an existing exercise more intense. It will also be bundled and held for a longer duration that it could not normally be held at.

I have also semi-figured out how to do the Frendo width crushers via the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]!!! Thats right ... it makes it EASY to do, so stay tuned and dld I want you to try it once I get it all out.
