WHen setting up for hanging I have found that wrapping makes it much more comfortable. What I use is an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words], I wrap 2 or 3 times about an inch below the head and up to mid point of the head. This eliminates pinching and makes for a much better hanging session.

So far so good for me, been using mine for the past 3 days now, just getting ready to hit it up for the 4th. Been doing some of the stretch exercises and hanging about 2.5 to 5lb weights.
