I have seen those videos but those are only explanation on how to use it. Would be good if there is a video on how to use it. How much water do I fill and how much water do I pump out?
Since I am starting, is it ok to go in erect? Or is it too much for a beginner? Prior to this I have been using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] so in that sense I am not a beginner.

Yes, I fill it up! Going erect or flaccid, both have benefits. I'd suggest you trying going in flaccid and erect, seeing which one you like.
Pump the water out gradually. Doing pumping too fast isn't adviced. (As in, don't try to pump it to the max at once.) Take your time, listen to your body.

Is the base suction better when it is fill with water? I tried to test the device yesterday and the device kept falling off. I was in a stand up position. Is this normal or is my device faulty? I could not get it to stay stuck.
Also would you suggest using vaseline to improve?

Also I am a little confuse about this pumping thing. How much do I pump? What does the pumping do beside sealing the base to your body?
 
Yes, I think when the unit, especially the base, is "sealed" with water, the suction will be better. As for standing up; I always sit down and hold the unit in an angle, making sure my cock is covered with water, not with air. (If there's any air in the unit.)

Vaseline might not be necessary for now, it's better to try to get a good seal without it. As for pumping, I usually do one or two almost full pumps and then gradually pump more. When you pump more the pressure grows. So as I said, don't pump too much too fast. You should get a nice good seal, feel that the unit is not going to come off easily. That usually takes 1 -3 pumps in the beginning. Then relax for a while and pump again. Keep an eye on your dick.
Also, for good seal your pubes should be relatively short. So if you have a jungly down under, try to trim it a bit. I noticed when my pubes were a bit longer and would come to the area where the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] seals, that the unit wouldn't stick on so well.

The water nearly doubles the vacuum effect in some instances, pending on the fit. Think of those suction cups you stick to the window and how sometimes they'll drop off, but if you put just a slight bit of water it'll stick forever... well not really, but much better.

Anytime, I used to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] exclusively, and then I jumped into Girth Blasters and I notice a substantial increase in the quality of my girth sessions.

Also, so far my expansion has been between .25-.5" with 97% no water retention. The expansion is awesome with Girth Blasters, and sometimes I'll do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches while I pump for an additional stretch from the manuals I do. (Bathmate Hardcore Stretches done 8-12 hours apart from manuals). On a really good day, the immediate expansion of .25-.5" lasts a few hours at best, and if I wear a light clamp after I keep some of the expansion into the next day.

P.S. Right now I'm focusing more on stretching my ligaments than girth, because I feel my current EG is satisfactory after a routine (i.e. before sex). :) On a serious note, I can't stress enough that in my experience sometimes less is more for girth expansion. :) Good luck in your future endeavors.

I've done both and I deff get more expansion pushing down and in rather then just squashing the head towards the base, but im worried that pushing downward will leave my cock eventualy erect in a downward position.
