Gonna take a break starting tomorrow until the 13th when its measuring time. no masturbation no edging(PC exercises are allowed but only that) I am trying my hardest to let my dick REST. Will measure Monday(12/13) morning before working out.

Ache in my penis this morning when i woke up. Its gone now, but it shows me I am doing something right.

I've decided to call this "Stillwantmore's Challenge". Intense manual stretching for 30 mins to 1 hour. Claimed this is as effective, or more effective than hanging. So if this works, why buy a hanger? Wasnt going to till after the holidays anyway. Might as well try this now.
 
Still doing this manual stretching only. Im doing ligaments in the morning. Tunica in the evening for about 20 mins each
 
BTC stretches really fatigue my penis. I can only do about 3x 30 sec stretches before i really can't do anymore. Im thinking I might do that and then superset it with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour before another 3x 30 sec BTC stretches.

Past 2 days I have only done tunica stretching followed by Uli's some jelq and holds and then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 20 mins.
 
It could be a good sign they hurt as you may be really stretching a part of yourself you never have. I would not give them up, just back off a little.

Haven't combined both yet but planning to starting tomorrow. I did 2 days of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s to get the exercise down. Really eliminates fluid retention that one. Looking forward to combo!

Edit: Side note I did a cardio workout(first one in a long time) and the next day had some of the best morning wood in a while. So if you want better EQ... do Cardio!

I think i did 4 or 5 10 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets with 4xSSJ over a 2 hours period. After the jelqs I would edge a bit before going back to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. There was some fluid retention but I expected it due to me doing 5 sets of this shit. It wasn't as much though when I started doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and only had a 1x20 min session.

My junk was FATIGUED at the end of the day.

That is the best feeling when you are completely fatigued, you know you pushed the limits.
 
Just ordered the Captain's Wench. Figured it looked pretty safe and was a good starting hanger for a cheap price. Hopefully it won't take as long as some of those posts, will post a review in the Hanging section once it arrives. pzl8
 
Captain's Wench Kit Review

Shipping and communication was fast for me. I read other reviews where things with peweights.com took a lengthy amount of time. For me this was no such case. Discreet package that fit in the mailbox quite nicely too.

Opening the package revealed all parts loose yet secure via bubblewrap. These parts were all documented nicely with what should be in the package in an inventory sheet and pictures(for spatial people like me, I need a goddamn picture). Included folded up with the sheet was 2 pages of a step by step guide on assembly.

Assembly took about 10 minutes, the longest being the rounding out of the rubber grippers with some cheap scissors. After wrapping and a test hang with 10lb weight for starters(I know maybe a little heavy but its all I got, I figured I hung a little bit before and if I am careful I should be fine). Out of the package comfortability was not cutting it. So I had a brilliant idea for a quick fix. One problem was pinching, my ideal setting seemed to be between 2 notches on the cable clamp that came with it. So I solved this by driving to AutoZone and buying a 2pk of EZ Twist Hose clamp for 3 dollars. I then realized I needed more of a cushion on top of this because my flaccid penis isn't as thick as the strap that holds the shaft. So I just took one of my thick socks and added that on top of a cut t shirt, after which I add the theraband which came with the kit. Squeeze the blood out of the head and shaft(props to stillwantmore on that video) and added the weight.

Excellent hanger for someone on a budget. All in all in came to about 33 dollars including shipping.

First hanging day was yesterday I did 3 sets with 10lbs

12 mins
15 mins
Next day was off with a nice ache of a good workout every 10 minutes or so lasting most of the day.
 
been hanging a lot lately. 10lbs every set. 20 min sets. some and night some in the morning. days off if needed.

bodybuilding continuing very well. got a gym membership and am going 5 days a week.

Great news on the Gym Membership, what is your weight now? What are your goals?
 
weight is 152 @ 5'11not sure on short term weight goals 100%. Ultimate goal is to be a firefighter. hanging 17.5 lbs now post most intense leg/core workout of my life.

todays routine is looking like

I feel you on being fatigued by the BTCs man. I do 10 minutes of BTC every morning when i'm not hard enough to do a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. Feels so nice and fatigued after. It's my favourite manual stretch.
