Despite my lack of posting I have quite a bit experience with Penis Enlargement. Let me start from the beginning.

I found out about Penis Enlargement when I was about 17. And I did manual stretches every single day pretty much because they were easy. I do not have starting measurements officially but I feel that day-to-day stretching helped a LOT.

This is my ideal routine, works out for the most part. My girlfriend finds the fastsize a turn-off so I try to wear it during these times for obvious reasons. She says she is very satisfied with my size and is worried I am gonna hurt myself doing them. I know if I am careful I won't.

I am well aware it is very attainable and realistic. Even if I do attain it. I don't think ill ever stop Penis Enlargement. But Penis Enlargement is so much into my daily schedule and I do it so much when I'm bored that I don't think I'll stop.

added intense manual stretches before fastsize.

no real organization in the manual stretching. im trying something inspired by the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words](which I want to buy after I buy my workout weight).

EX: Grabbing the head of the penis with my right hand I stretch hard down. With my left hand I make a hook with a couple fingers and pull up. Basically like an A stretch. I use this in any direction obviously, just hook the base of the penis the opposite way.

Never really looked at a whole list of exercises but I know the basics.

Today has looked like

1 Hour fastsize
Manual stretching
15minute heatpad
30 minute Edging
15minute heatpad
Manual Stretching

gonna strap into fastsize for a couple hours now, and clean up the house. yay for days off....

BTW: I read on someones routine that a golf glove was used for no slippage.

Did this mean no slippage with the penis or the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]?

ITS TIME TO TALK ABOUT THE GRUB!

I look at Penis Enlargement as a complete lifestyle change, I feel like everyone should to truly get the most out of your gains. I have cut back to little or no alcohol. drink mainly water and organic green tea once a day from work. I eat salad & salmon with extra virgin olive oil dressing(good for heart with the unsaturated fat)

Saving up for a Kettle Bell from the Dick's Sporting Goods. 45 pounds = 90bux + tax. But that will carve the shit outta me. I used one at my friends house(53 pounds... what a strange number)in a workout for 30 minutes. never sweat so hard in my life. He called it a crossfit workout, and that shit was painful, but im addicted to it, and I am irritated I can't do it because I am broke.

I look at lifting weights actually as a SUPPLEMENT to my Penis Enlargement. Penis Enlargement is my priority. Becoming aesthetically pleasing is a bonus. I will start taking my protein shakes again once working out, no use wasting the powder now.

I take a daily Vit E and Fish Oil pill. and have a large serving of watermelon at work because of the amount of L-Citrulline it contains.

manual stretch for atleast 45 minutes. no organization but my dick was LOOSE afterwards i used:
DLD Blasters, Rotary stretches, Power Stretches, My "hook stretch" i talked about previously,
15 mins heatwrap
currently fastsize for about an hour
finish off with more manual stretches and gonna take a shower and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretch.

gained a bit of girth recently, now I want some length again dammit...
