I have both. Xsleeve is way better. I can wear it all day with the weight caps no problem. I no numbness or anything after 8hrs of straight wear and my dick looks long and thick when I take it off. It's elongated fully when sitting down but there is more force when standing from the weight. The stronger sleeve you wear the better you will be elongated when sitting. I can wear the soft sleeve literally all day. The medium is a bit more intense but I can still wear it for 4+ hrs no prob. I haven't worn it sleeping. I have the soft one not the super soft. But I have worn the soft for over 8 hrs with no problem so I would think it would be ok to sleep with it on. The durability is pretty good. I've had mine for prob 6 months and they are still good. Sometimes you start to see a lttle tear at the end and you just cut it off. Just have to do that before it rips all the way down
