currently doing daily bodybuilding training.
eating 3900 kcal for a bulk period.
process is simple. as i have had problems gaining from the usual 3000kcal im boosting it all the way up.
everyday i will do a measurement around my waist. when i have increased 2 inches. new bodyfat measurement will be done.
if too much excessive fat have been gained. i will cut it down to the current level. and then continue the gaining with a lower amount of kcal. untill i hit the sweet spot with most lean gain and the least fat gain,
im also doing daily PE. and im taking cialis.
now the idea is to take it daily. but what i do is that i keep it at a good level. its 2 days igo i took one and my penis can be used for sword fighting at the moment. i mean it feels like a club. so there is more than enough internal pressure going on. but this is the level i want to keep it at.
so todays workout.

right now i am put into the PG and my ligs are sore as never before. i have never been this sore before (in a good way)
so i found a new weak spot and facilitated on that.
ohh and i did some bpel measurements.
and for just 1 sec i could make it hit the 8 inch mark (buuuut digging the ruler into the bone quite hard)
but never the less. have i agreed with myself in the last year. that when i do bp measurements. then i would do 100% to get the best measurement
why?
because then im sure that whatever i see is growth!
it is sooo easy in the mind to diminish new growth due to another angle. or more pressure.
so im always using the same ruler. and always pushing it as hard as possible.
to actually hit 20 cm in bp would be amazing. i still remember when i hit 7 in my first progress thread and it was a moment of truth. because thats when i finally believed 100% in PE
to get 8 inches in that measurement. would be amazing!
