Woke up today. Same routine. Took the phallogenics off around 5 o clock at night.

Still cant believe the gains on the bpel. I mean ye i guessed i would get some eventually. But lets face it. My days of newbie gains are long gone.

But i really gave it 110% in that actove workout.

I have actually hurt one of my fingers during the pulling (this is not a joke) just to put it in perspektive.

And it backups my theory so far.

Static stretching: hours before tension.

Active stretching: should consist of the following. Warm up. Standard tension. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] tension. Hold the pulls out there let the tissue continue to be stretched.
Then gradually lower the tension (either by manual or hanging etc)

So you keep a steady low tension all day. And occationally you make spike where you want to hit it with sll you have got. And then back to low tension again (by simply not allowing the penis to turtle in. It can't stop growing. It has no choice.

I might stand experimenting with 2 times active lenght work a day.

Yes i know you all think im crazy. (Except for dld who knows this will be bauus!)

But i believe by increasing the frequenzy of the high tension. The faster the tissue will stretch.

I also believe i am dancing on the edge of the mountain now.

This requires some serious warm up. And me listening to my body.

Had a back injury for some time. Making pulling movements rather painfull.

But today went pretty okay.

Made a new bracket for hanging with the PF.

Did hangs with 4kg for half an hour with the PF.

And currently attached in the phallogenics. Gonna be most of the day.

Tugged in bone pressured size is still around 8 inches. Havent measured erect lenght. But i assume some size increase was temporary. (Its gonna come back again. Im not that concerned)

I feel you my Brother! Last year, when the depression started I got an AC injury from boxing and I was in pain for 9 months, always thinking it would clear up on its own but it did not. I was taking way too much ibuprofen, about 1600 mg a day! This wads the only way I could get through it. Once I went to the hospital for my 4 month hiatus they worked on the injury and put me own muscle relaxers (flexural) and pain medication (Tramadol). These both worked wonders as I went through PT. Today I am off the meds, still seeing the PT but the pain is gone. At this point we are working on range of motion. I'll tell ya AIM, I loved training with boxing, it was never boring and I was in fabulous shape. I hope my full range of motion returns so I can start Boxing again.

Did a few hours this morning.
And im tugged in again. For the night. Day has been busy. But a few hours has still been tugged in.

My new homemade brackets makes it easy to switch between hanging and phallogenics. So i do warm ups. Then when im tugged in for an hour i do some hanging for 20 minutes and then straight back in the PG (phallogenics)

The idea is to keep tissue that has been stretched out under constant stretch

Fast paced walking is great for slow shredding the fat. The method you have right now is alot more effective.

With that being said. To do a 1 hour walk eac day is very healthy and good for the mind aswell

It might be what I need because I gained another 2 pounds this week and it went to my waist so my measurements, in bad parts, are getting bigger. So fucking frustrated with this, I am dong all the right things and the results make no sense. I am at the point of starving myself to lose this weight. Now I am 222 pounds! When I left the Hospital, eating complete garbage for 4 months, I weighed 215. I just don't understand why I continue to gain. Perhaps it is the medication I am on, not sure. Doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing but still gaining.

The last few days I have not eaten during the day. I get up at 10AM and I eat my first meal at like 9PM and another at like 11PM. It has been tuna and apples for the last 3 days. I know I should be eating more during the day but I am just not hungry until night time. Maybe I can keep some small snacks on me throughout the day that I can easily access on the go. Please make me a easy diet and I will follow it. Remember I have no kitchen right now so it would have to be simple dry foods and refrigerator foods. I can't cook. I am also always on the go so something that is easily eaten. Thank you so much.

I don't get why people keep trying to do the "easy" way.

It always kicks you in the ass.

Had the same thing with martial artists who starts their own dojo and start trashing the master who spend 10 years teaching them what they know.

We may seem extreme from the outside but once someone submerges themselves into the culture here it is easy to see that what we practice is only extreme in the sense of gains made. Outside of the occasional thrombosis injury here there is never, ever any injuries that go beyond this. Once someone gets involved here, from another site, they quickly see the method to our madness.
 
Haven't been updating regularly.

But really i just tuck in on the phallogenics and do other shit.

I have begon doing periodization on heavy work. Basicly i do constant light work. And only doing the heavy stuff in periods like a week heavy stuff. The light for a month. Basicly im doing intervals giving the tissue time to adjust to the new lenght under light pressure. Then ripping it out again.
