Woke up today. Same routine. Took the phallogenics off around 5 o clock at night.
Still cant believe the gains on the bpel. I mean ye i guessed i would get some eventually. But lets face it. My days of newbie gains are long gone.
But i really gave it 110% in that actove workout.
I have actually hurt one of my fingers during the pulling (this is not a joke) just to put it in perspektive.
And it backups my theory so far.
Static stretching: hours before tension.
Active stretching: should consist of the following. Warm up. Standard tension. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] tension. Hold the pulls out there let the tissue continue to be stretched.
Then gradually lower the tension (either by manual or hanging etc)
So you keep a steady low tension all day. And occationally you make spike where you want to hit it with sll you have got. And then back to low tension again (by simply not allowing the penis to turtle in. It can't stop growing. It has no choice.
I might stand experimenting with 2 times active lenght work a day.
Yes i know you all think im crazy. (Except for dld who knows this will be bauus!)
But i believe by increasing the frequenzy of the high tension. The faster the tissue will stretch.
I also believe i am dancing on the edge of the mountain now.
This requires some serious warm up. And me listening to my body.
