so for many years i have always been training for either [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. strenght or speed. (martial arts)
and as i was working with security i always enjoyed taking the "big guys" throwing them around like a sack of potatoes.
i have never been buff. but i did 420 pound deadlift at a body weight of 170 pounds. and im capable of box jumping to my own chest level. (and remember i did martial arts for 22 years)
anyways. as i grow older my agility will go down. and i want to stay in training.
i have done crossfit. olympic lifting. weight lifting. gymnastics. and i figured. that the last thing that should be added was bodybuilding.
something i have always seen as weak. as i was usually alot stronger tham those who trained like that.
however after seeing the documentary: "the iron generation" about the Mr. olympic competition i gained some respect.
not in the size etc.
but the dedication (always admired people who give 110%)
and i used it as a force for me to begin my travel.
well here i am after 3 months of specified hypertrophy training. not really a low body fat percentage. (im gonna change that though)
ohh and don't mind the slenderman face. thats just how i look
