The i can hit 140 hours a week. So a little more than seven weeks should provide me with 1 inch of growth.
Now this is all theory. It doesn't take into consideration that most people would do this over a longer period getting more hours of restitution. But it could be fun to see what i have archived in 2 months time.
However i can't get newbie gains anymore. So this will be hardcore gains.

And then i am tucked into my pf. Where i gradually let the tension go down. (The theory we are working with here is that my tissue will need less and less tension to stay stretched. Giving it the opportunity to heal in elongaged state.
Girth will be second priority.
I will do some girth work at the evenings. Here i will do the 3*5*5
And some clamping. Followed by edging.
And im gonna end it off with some erect stretches
